On the western outskirts of Atroe City, a long-abandoned water treatment station has slowly been reclaimed by nature over the years, with young trees and hardy vines camouflaging the aging cement and stone structure with an ever growing spread of green and brown. Beneath the main building sprawls a large underground control room and several adjoining chambers littered with decaying machinery and forgotten tools, files, and office furniture. A handful of grates offer dim light from above, though most of the structure lies in darkness.
An extensive labyrinth of sewer tunnels expand from the treatment center, many of which have fallen into disuse after a newer set of sewer lines were installed to deal with flooding.
