Blackfrost, Vhaerau, Kennik, & Night Star

A blind left eye hadn't caused much trouble for Vhaerau, who's functional right orb was currently staring at the resting form of her mother, curled idly atop a dusty desktop. A few beams of light fell from a grate above, creating stripes of white light across the dark femme's hide. Slowly, those sides rose and fell, in such a quiet and rythmic pattern that Vhae knew her dam must be deep asleep.

Black auds perked to the sound of soft footsteps approaching, and she turned in time to see her brother mincing quietly across the cement floor of their home. She cocked her head in silent question to her sibling.

Kennik grinned, "Didn't see dad nearby, or Orinoco near the southern exit. I think the coast is clear. I told Night to give Jinji and Nido a head's up if they look for us." Mo< The grin from Kennik brought a similar smirk to Vhae's face, "We're set to go then!" Vhaerau gave her mother one last glance, just to be sure she was sleeping. Once she was certain that Blackfrost was none the wiser for their plan, Vhae began to make her way out of the main chamber and down through the tunnels, heading for one of the many exits from their subterranean lair. Not about to be left behind, Kennik was quick to follow in her footsteps.
