Roellen Hall, the largest building in town, serves as place of meeting and elections. The first floor boasts a high ceiling and large entrance for the bigger, non-human citizens to enter. Although it lacks a water channel to lead into it, the citizens have recently dug out a large canal along the west side of the building, so that aquatic residence can get close enough to listen in on the meetings. Below the building is a series of basement rooms that serve as bunkers in case of an attack.
