Down Town Laissez Faire is one of the busier places in the city. Here you can find stores, restaurants, movie theaters, bars, and the like. Although most of the area is suited for humans and humanoids, there are special adaptations for the not-so-human individuals; large channels run parallel with the major roads, where aquatic residence can easily traverse. Tunnels and mini 'parks' are scattered throughout, and most of the roadways are build with fortified steel and made wide to accommodate the larger inhabitants.
