These vibrant mesas and deeply carved valleys are the relics of an ancient river system, long since dried up and leaving little more than tranquil pools and shallow streams behind. Nestled along the western flanks of the Shekar Mountains, just north of the great desert, this area is renowned for his beautiful sunsets and plentiful - if hard to catch - herds of goats and burrows.
