Robin

A van rumbled up to the Building and slid to a halt. The black wolfess paced in the crate in the back, snarling. Her ebony coat was stained with blood, after being taken from the Pit. The fem was deaf, unable to hear the sounds of outside. But she was whelped as well, her second litter only needing a few more weeks. Robin was anxious and nervous, pacing and growling. She butted her head against the crate, needing to get out. The deviless awaited in the dark van.

*Humans*

The humans walked towards the van, not their usual vehicle although they were becoming more and more public oriented with helping problemsome wolves. Although seeing the black wolfess, they looked to one another before each grabbing a side of the cage. They were skillful at this by now, taking the crate to the second floor where they quickly darted the fem with enough of a sedative to be able to work with her safly. They would need to see all that was wrong with her, which appeared mor and more as the room lightslet the crimon stains show more vividly.

Robin

Her TEARS Don't FALL

Robin fought, but the dart uickly took her from her unusual weary. Her muscles ached and she lie down rolling to her side and going out. Hal of her ear was ripped off, but she was already deaf. Her Right hind leg and left hind leg where chewed to a break, the front left worked on., but not broken. Nowhere near the bottom of her neck was damaged, due to her insane amount of protection. Many many gashes to her back and upper sides bled much. One large, open gash on her right side was slashed, and bleeding most. Adding to all this, she was about a few weeks away from whelping. Lifeas a Pit fighter was new, but she knew her life and position in the Wild. Surely, she was a mess.

*Humans*

The humans removed Robin from her cage once they saw that she was out. And after making sure of the exact problems, they set off to work.

They set to work, cleaning out wounds which were bleeding. Serveral times they were forced to flush out the large gash on her right side which took longest to stope bleeding. Her ear , or what was left of it, was bandaded to keep any infection away. The large gash was then stitched shut, to be sure it closed well. After that they wrapped her back and sides in guaze, which would come off within the next day but was there now to keep some pressure wheer bleedig had been worst. Next they went to the legs. They x-rayed them all, finding the back two broken and the front left surprisingly intact. The back limbs seemed to have a rather clean break, so luckly no surgery would be needed. Instead they set the bones, and took anouther x-ray to be sure they were ight before casting the limbs. They then coated it with a nontoxic, but still repulsive tasting liquid, which would keep the wolf from biting on them. Lastly they went to the front leg, which required only a cleaning and a bandage wrap to start the healing of the wound. The two men then washed their hand once more, before one went off to ready a cage, and the other did the more routine tests. A microchip was inserted into the scruff of the wolfs neck, and then rubbed abit. He them took measurements of the body, and checked the teeth. Finally, from the last expirience with a female wolf, he check the abdomin for signs of pregnancy. Which from the feeling, proved true. So yet another litter would be expected here at the center. He sighed and lifted the wolf, carrying her towards the prepared cage. There was water and dried food, as well as a few chucks of chicken. He set the wolf inside the cage, and administered the reversal drug before closing the cage and loking at the clock. The whole thing had taken a little more then an hour, just as expected.

Robin

Her CONSIENSCE Calls

The hour she was dead to the world, her world was black. But here, she woke up contained in yet another cage. But this one, this one allowed her to move around. A soft growl was given, not of warning or anger, but from little pain, after being treated, and exhaustion. She whined quietly, then flopped to stand. She went to the sweet smelling chicken and munched down on it, polishing it off quickly. Robin looked over to the human, feeling no threat. The fem took a step to the cage door and stuck her nose through, eyes soft but fiirce. She sent a message through those eyes, of her miserable time at the Pit and her wish for her life in hte WILD, the one she wouldn't return to in a while.
