Kate

Tia was left alone for two whole days. Her blood was cultured, and although the test was not 100% realiable, it showed that the medications were probably enough to stop the rabis virus from multiplying, and ultimately reaching her nervous system.

This was good news to Kate, for Tia would have had to been put down if they couldn't stop the virus. Flicking on the lights, she approached Tia's pen and crouched down next to it, seeing how Tia was doing. If she looked healthy and acted normally, then she'd be put back with the others.

Tia

Tia yawned as she woke up. she stretched out and sighed. She was in great pain. She saw the human and paced around in her cage. She showed her teeth in displeasure but didn't growl.

Kate

Kate smiled faintly, seeing that Tia was up and moving around. She walked quietly over to a desk and pulled out a small hollow tube, and put a dart in it. She then returned to Tia and knelt down, blowing the dart from the tube and at the wolf. She needed to sedate the wolf before moving her back to the main enclosure.

Tia

She stepped back quickly and yelped as the dart shot her paw. She limped around the pen. Soon, her legs gave out and she collapsed.

Kate

As soon as Tia went down, Kate opened the cage and eased the slumbering wolf out. She gave her a series of shots once more that would leave the wolf a bit sore when she woke up, but it would help prevent her from spreading rabies to the other wolves if she still had it. Now Tia was carried to the Feeding Gate.
