*Kate*

Kate brought the wolf in, moving as quickly as she could, and being careful not to get any of Tia's blood on herself. She laid Tia down on the table and searched frantically through the medical cabnet until she found the right medication. Taking at a very large needle, she filled it with the medicine and began to give Tia the shots. She only hoped the wolf wouldn't wake up during this, for it would probably hurt a good deal. She watched carefully for Tia's breathing and heart rate, hoping that the wolf would be alright.

Tia

Tia slowly came into conciousness. She felt lots of pain. She thrashed about, cryingin pain. She whimpered.

*Kate*

Kate finished with the shots quickly, but if Tia were to survive the bite, she would need to get more of these for several more days afterwards. The lady put her arms down on the wolfess, trying to keep her from thrashing, "Shhh, Takiyah, it's over now! No more shots! I need to clean your wound..." She tried to sound gentle and reassuring, and calm Tia down.

Tia

Tia calmed down slowly, but still whimpered loudly. She was in so much pain. She moaned and whimpered as she closed her eyes, remembering the experience. She shuddered and breathed slowly. She gasped for breath.

Kate

Kate cleaned the bite wound as carefully and throroughly as she could, hoping that Tia would come out of this alright. It definitely wasn't safe to put her back in the main enclosure right now, so for the time being, Kate decided to place her in one of the quarantine cages. Aftering giving Tia a shot of general pain killer, she carried the wolf over to the largest of the pens and set her in there. A bowl of water and one of food was placed in the cage. Then Kate put up a sign that warned the rest of the staff of Tia's condition.

"Time for some rest, Takiyah. Hopefully tomorrow will see you feeling better." Smiling sympathetically, the woman turned the lights off in the room and left the wolf to rest.

Tia

Tia whined and paced about her cage, wanting desperately to go back to her pack. She sighed and lay down on the cold,metal,floor. She wanted to get away from all of this, to just be out in the wild. Why did they pick her,anyways? She was nothing interesting. Stupid humans. She laid her head down and closed her eyes. She was actually feeling better! Well, actually kind of numb where the shot was placed. She took a deep breath and slept.
