Lady & *Vets*
The lady had pulled up to the building in her truck. After speaking with two vets, they carried the unconscious Mitya inside and laid her down on a table. The lady told them a few things before she left; she had to get back to Aaka.
After being in such a panic over the many canines and their conditions, the lady had failed to recognize Mitya as one of the Legendaries. It would only be a matter of time before someone at the Wolf Center picked up on this though. And when that happened, not only Mitya would be in trouble, but the lady and any canine or creature caught there could be in a serious delema.
They put a mask over her muzzle to administer a light dose of drugs to make sure she stayed unconscious, then inserted an IV into one of her fore legs to provide her with precious fluids. Work was done quick to remove the stick and staunch any bleeding. As they found out, the stick had punctured her liver and diaphragm. The area was thoroughly cleaned out to prevent infection. The large breathing muscle was then sewed up, and the liver cleaned again but otherwise left alone. It would heal just fine on its own, so long as no infection took hold. Once all was taken care of, she was stitched up and placed in a cage and hooked up to a machine to keep track of her heartrate. An oxygen tube was placed in her nose as well, since breathing would be both painful and difficult for a while. They would come in and check on her progress when she woke up.
Mitya
Bruja opened her dazed eyes, she looked around where she was she had no idea. Peds tried to pick her up but it hurt all to much so she layed where she was. A small whimmper was emitted from her maw, she wanted Legosa with her. Mitya had no intention of attacking the humans unless she thought they were trying to hurt her. Claws tried to take the mask off her face, it mad her nervious and think that they were trying to kill her.
*Human*
After a while, a human came into the quieted room and stood infront of Mitya's cage. She spoke a few human words as her eyebrows furrowed in a look of slight concern. She and the other hadn't yet realized just who they had here, but it was just a matter of time. This lady was observing Mitya's recovery from surgery.
MItya
Orbs shifted to looked at the human speciman standing before her. Slowly she turned onto her stomich from her side, it still hurt to try to stand so she didnt. A small whimmper was emitted from her maw yet again. Her stomach was empty, literaly, and she needed something to eat.
Legosa
The white-mongrel had made his way to the Wolf Center after following a road pointed out by Tri-Tundra. He had finally honed in on the scent of the lady's vehicle half way to the center, and was able to follow that right to the Vet Center. Upon reaching his destination, Legosa paused and sat back on his haunches while he looked up at the building. His shoulder was throbbing with pain and blood stained his coat down past his elbow. After straining the damaged muscles this much, tomorrow he would pay a higher price of pain and limited mobility. But for now he didn't care for his own discomforts. After hearing that they might kill Mitya, all he could think about was saving her. But how was that to be accomplished? Legosa limped to the side of the building and reared up to peer into a window. Nothing. He continued around until he spotted the cages and the room Mitya was in. "Mitya?" he barked loudly, unsure if she was in there.
