Nyx & Others

The truck backed up to the gate of the enclosure, where humans waited to unload the precious cargo. Three boxes were unloaded from the back, and brought in to the enclosure. After setting out some meat, hoping to entice the wolves out, they opened the latches of each cage before moving back. At first, nothing happened, no movement came from the boxes, other than a soft growl from one of the cages. A few heartbeats later, movement from the first box came. A black huntress with white paws appeared, her red and blue orb a glare to the humans hiding just outside the entrance. As a snarl came from her, she bared her pearls at them daring one of them to come close. She didn’t like humans, and hate grew now that they had captured her, and put her in unknown territory. She wasn’t stupid, one sniff and she knew a fea ruled here with a small pack. Looking to her brother, she spoke her voice poisonous soft.

I think its safe for the others to come out. Besides, I doubt before long we’ll have company.

She knew her brother would need no more explanation than that. From the way his hackles has raised, she knew he knew they were on someone else’s lands. For now at least, she thought to herself thinking that they would have to escape. She wasn’t sure how, but she knew she wasn’t staying here. Hell to the no, forget that. She moved toward her mother, passing Selene on the way. A lick to the ear was given to the black huntress, as her white paws moved over the snow easily. Standing next to her mother, she waited for whatever trouble was to come, ready to protect Serena, even if her mother wouldn’t need it. She stood, her head lowered and ears pricked, her tail arched delicately upon her back in a comfortable position.

~~~Apollo~~~
The black and white brute came out of the same box as his sister, at the same time. His hackles were raised, ready to fight any that threatened them. After a quick glance he saw that nobody was around in immediate sight. Probably in a different place of the enclosure he thought to himself. Black auds pricked, he came forward, his black tail arched like his sister’s. Sniffing the air, he could detect that the alpha was a fea. It brought a smirk to his face, as he almost gave a outward laugh. No fea would ever rule him. He looked to his sister, his red optics alert for movement, and pondered over her words for a moment. Then his voice came, a sweet, masculine, and haunting tone.

I agree. Mom, all of you can come out now.

Taking a step toward his family, his one black leg leading the way of his white ones, he stood with them. He wondered how many members were in this pack, but from the smell it couldn’t be many. If any he scented maybe four others than the alpha’s. Either way he didn’t like, and preferred not to be here at all. Licking his choppers for a moment, he moved to where the men had thrown some meat. Grabbing the largest chunk in his powerful jaws, and brought over to the duchess that had raised him. Soon his other siblings had grabbed some as well, till there was one last piece left. When Orion brought him a piece, he thanked his brother with a dip of his head. Lowering himself down by the meat, he began to chew on it some.

~~~Serena & Selene~~~
Selene left the cage before her mother did, her completely black fur bristling as she joined her siblings. Pale blue orbs stared around. She wasn’t happy to be here. No one bit. Stalking up to the entrance where the humans were she snapped at them in frustration, but knew she couldn’t reach them. Turning back around, she stalked to her family, and snatch up some meat to share with Nyx. Sitting beside her, she took a mouthful, taking her frustration out on the food. It wasn’t long before her black and white colored sister had her calmed down again though. When she was done eating, and gave the rest to Nyx, she rested her head against her mom’s shoulder, glad that they were together to face this new area. Either way, she was prepared for anything that would happen. Serene followed after her children, and settled down in the snow around her grown pups. When Apollo brought her some meat, she gave him a lick upon the ear in thank you. Worry and fear came from her as she waited for the alpha or pack members to arrive.

Children try to be nice, perhaps they won’t cause us trouble.

~~~Ares & Orion~~~
The white brute, with darker areas on his face and body, known as Ares came out of the second crate. His body structure took after his mother’s build, a husky. Black orbs bore around. Taking a bit of meat, he settled on the opposite side of Serena, his auds attentive for the approach of others. He was closely followed by Orion, a black and white male. Following after his sibling out of his crate, he was grateful to not feel so crowded anymore. Looking around he followed to the meat, knowing it was clean after he sniffed it closely. Picking two up in his jaws, he carried a strip to his brother, Apollo. Settling down beside the other brute, he began to eat the meat, enjoying how they didn’t have to hunt for it. In fact, the last time they had a good meal was awhile ago, and these measly strips wouldn’t keep their hunger at bay for long. They needed to get out of here.

Nokura, Sasita & Bright Tooth

Nokura and her pack had been fed already lucky for these new comers. She was currently lapping up some water from a low rise water trough. However; the sound of the truck approaching had her tail above her back running the length of the fence inticipating more food. When the trucks passed and stopped by the gate she took off running through the brush. However as she got there there was meat but it was obvious they were to lure knew animals out and she immediatly took this as a threat. The normal men who brought new wolves didn't just release them. That could be suicide. Obviously these people were not bright. So when a few of the animals came out and went for meat she let her present be known by running towards Nyx. Ears back, tail stiff and above back and teeth bared. This was all dominant display. If nyx submitted she would let her have the meat. If not well we'll get to that.

Sasita who was albino and blind followed the noise and smell but didn't get too close hearing her mothers snarls.

Bright tooth how ever moved forward. He was knife gray with black here and there and yellow eyes. his father was around too and he was the alpha male. He bared his teeth.

Springtail & Aminita

Another wolf showed up, this one a young female who had been introduced to the pack a few months back. The lead-gray female made mincing steps forward after following her pack's rush towards the Feeding Gate, and slowed to a halt next to Bright Tooth. Her black-tipped ears were perked and attentive, as were her expressive yellow eyes. "There's so many of them! It looks like the humans brought them here as they did to me." The female was all for avoiding confrontation if it could be helped, yet was also loyal enough to the pack that accepted her, and would fight without a second thought of Nokura commanded it.

And then there was another canine, only this one was not in the enclosure with the others. Aminita had been brought by the organization E.A.R.T.H. after being captured during the summer and treated for an illness that might have otherwise claimed her life, had not the humans intervened. The hybrid was meek and timid, and after living her entire life in the wild, had proved too skittish to be tamed at any quick rate. Nadeem had made the decision to send her to the Wolf Center in the hopes that the quiet area would help her to further heal, and in time, be more accepting of humans so that she might later be used as an ambassador canine for his organization. So it was that Aminita was standing in a small, 10 X 15 kennel next to the enclosure, close enough to see and communicate with the other pack. And right now, the shepherd-looking hybrid was watching as several new canines were being unloaded into the main enclosure.

Nyx & Others

~~~Nyx~~~
Nyx got up and headed for the last strip of meat. The others had already finished, and she was going to get the last one for her mom. On the way she heard someone approaching fast, and looking up she saw a femme rushing forward. The black huntress face had a bored expression upon it, until Nokura headed toward her displaying herself as alpha. She stood in the way of the meat, and it was pissing her off by the way she stood toward her. The 162 pound fea raised her hackles, keeping her tail the same way as it was before, raised high over her back. Their would be no submitting from her. She stood at 25 “, and her white pearls were bared for all to see. She wanted that meat, and she was going to get it. This fea had already ate, she reeked of meat, and it was clear that she didn’t have to wait to eat. Nyx had no alpha, and that wasn’t about to change. She waited, knowing her family would back her up, but if this bitch listened to her mom, then there would be no need for a fight. Her red and blue orbs stayed upon the other, not blinking ready for any attack. Her head was lowered to protect her neck, but everything else was raised to show that this fea had no control over her. Nyx wasn’t in the mood to fight anything but the humans, but she would if pushed to do so. She heard another appear, but didn’t take her eyes off Nokura. At hearing her words, it brought a small smile to her features. This one was smart at least.

~~~Apollo~~~
The brute watched as the alpha fea made herself known toward his sister. For now he hung back, knowing Nyx could take care of herself. Instead his eyes locked onto the others that showed, wanting to see what they were up against. There was another fea, a albino one, that appeared to be blind? Well, she was out of the count. Next to come in sight of his red optics was a brute. When Bright Tooth showed his fangs, he lowered his neck, letting the brute know he wasn’t afraid to fight. Unlike his sister, he wanted a fight, he was keyed up for one, and it showed with his bristling fur and snarling. His own tail was arched upon his back in a dominating way, making it clear that no female was above him. There were few times a female ordered him about, and that only came from the duchess that raised him. He watched wondering what they would do. Not taking his eyes off the other male, he listened to his mother’s proposal. He didn’t care if the others agreed, he had no worries, he knew they could take them, if they continued this up. He weighed 170 lbs and stood at 24 “. He ignored the other fea’s words, knowing one of the others would respond to her.

~~~Serena & Selene~~~
Selene remained where she was, but it was clear her blue orbs were upon Nokura who was hassling her baby sister, even if it was by quite a few minutes. Her black pelt bristling some what, she listened to her mother, who’s body had grown tense. She didn’t like it when her children were threatened by anyone, and Selene knew this. Hey eyes narrowed when they roamed over the other’s, but other wise she made no threats. No, she wasn’t that kind of wolf, her actions said it all for her. If a fight broke out, she’d show these fools, but even she didn’t wish for one. Her anger was still burning, but more toward the humans then anyone else, and she’d use that anger to fuel her. They didn’t need a fight now, when they had to find a way out, and travel back to the wild lands. None of them could afford that wounded. Glancing from her mother to the others, she wondered how they would react to her mother’s words. Catching sight of the other wolf in the enclosure near there’s she spoke her voice calm and friendly for now.

Hey there. I'm Selene. Who are you?

Serena watched as the alpha appeared, and rushed toward her daughter. She tensed, ready for a fight if it came to that. She hoped not, and was willing to talk their way out of it, if possible.

Please excuse Nyx and Apollo, they are very protective, especially when they think I'm in danger.

She paused for only a moment before she continued, her voice gentle and calm as always. Blue orbs looked around, but mainly stared at Nokura, knowing her words had more to do with her since she was alpha. After being tranq and brought here again their will, it left them confused, angry, and maybe a little hostile. Some more than others she realized thinking of Nyx and Apollo.

We know we're in your lands, but we can't help that, but your not our alpha. My children won't submit to you, they have no alpha. We'll be out of your hair soon enough, we don't plan on staying. Till then you leave us be, and we'll leave you and your pack be. We mean you no harm.

~~~Ares & Orion~~~
Ares was watchful, but other wise kept his maw closed, thinking that would be the best idea. If he spoke, he would probably provoke these wolves around him, and he could tell his siblings didn’t want that. Well at least most of them. However when Springtail spoke, he couldn’t resist putting in his own words. His voice was a bit harsh since he was nervous that they might have to fight.

Duh, why else would we be here?

Orion gave his brother a nudge, to let him know he needed to keep his maw closed, after he spoke to Springtail. Turning back around, he spoke, knowing he needed to fix his brother’s words. Usually he was quiet and watchful, but for now he spoke, his voice calm.

Sorry for that, lady, my brother's still angry at being caught.

Normally he would of said my lady, but with this group he wasn’t sure how they would react. So for now he was on guard, ready for a battle, but no growls or snarls came from him.

Nokura

Nokura didn't attack only cause she heard the other female speaking. She shook her head and turned to her. Your on my lands whether on purpose or accident it does not matter. MY Lands. You either agree to listen to me till you leave and you act like a pack with mine and im the alpha then you'll be fine. I don't want that meat just for you to know im the alpha and if i say something then it should be obeyed. In the morning when the humans feed us I and my mate always get first dibs followed by my sons and daughters. Im not a bitch and I don't normally ask anything of my pack but my pack and my mate who is the alpha male of this pack will fight if you choose to not obey to a degree.. If you agree to accept me as your temporarily alpha I can help you escape, my own mother escaped here two years agoShe spoke.

Sasita fur bristled at all the snarling and growling but she knew she wasn't much of a fighter.

Bright tooth lowered his own head and bared his teeth.

Springtail & Aminita

None of this was of great consequence to Aminita, at least she didn't think so, since she was separated from the group of canines. That didn't stop her from watching however, and adapting to a mildly dismissive posture out of reflex; whenever tensions were high and the potential for a fight looming in the air, the bright-eyed female became very nervous. Nyx and Apollo, in particular, caught her eye as two to be very wary of, along with Nokura and her son Bright Tooth. Her tan paws were moving slowly back, taking her away from the side of the fence, when she heard words directed her way. "A-Aminita." A slight stammer interrupted her quiet voice and matched the timid way she was holding herself. "You smell like the wild lands." The remark might be an odd one, but it was something important for the hybrid to note, because it told her that these guys were captured not very long ago, and weren't simple bred in captivity.

Meanwhile, in the main enclosure, Springtail blinked back at Ares in surprise, a little taken aback by his retort. For a few seconds, her hackles went up and her ears planed out to show she was perturbed by his rudeness, but then she thought again about her actions and let her fur settled back down - right now, their pack outnumbered hers, and she didn't want to be responsible for instigating a fight with them. "He's real friendly." She muttered in discontent to Bright Tooth. Shortly thereafter, Orion spoke on behalf of his brother, and she let her ears come up a little. "I understand it's a stressful thing." Spring replied back, not quite happy with the other brute, but appreciating Orion's attempts at pacifying the situtation.

Nyx & others

This alpha bitch act was pissing Nyx off, and she was just about to tell Nokura where to stuff it when she heard her mother’s voice calling to her. Keeping her eye still on Nokura, she looked to Serena, and the look her mother gave her made her calm down a little. She looked to the humans her mother spoke of, and watched their movement through narrowed orbs, and she almost snarled. When she saw the gate move that led to the other one with Aminita in it, she grew curious, and simply watched as her sister and mother headed over there. Obviously they wanted to get away from Nokura and her crazy ways. Her voice was poisonous cold as she moved to where her brother stood snarling at the alpha’s son. “I didn’t call you a bitch, and I really don’t care what you’ve got to say.” She spoke to her brother, knowing she had to calm him down before he would move, and she knew the perfect way. Looking to Bright tooth, she spoke to him, her voice a feminine tone, as she moved to her brother side. She knew her curves were perfect, and they would drive almost any male crazy. “Please don’t hurt my brother, he’s just over protective.” As she spoke her scars pulled back into a grin, and she followed after her chuckling brother to where the humans had opened the gate to get in. Anything to get away from these fools. Not once did her body lower from it’s high rank status. Nobody was going to tell her what to do. Seeing Aminita, she gave her a polite smile, her voice somewhat sweet now. “I’m Nyx, and so long as you don’t try to make me do something without asking, like that fea, then I think we can all get along.”

He was preparing for a fight with the other brute, when his sister came to his side, and he couldn’t help but smirk. The dangerous nymp was in a playful mood it seemed, and he felt sorry for any brute that came into her destructive path. Her words made him burst into laughter, as if he was actually afraid of the other male, but his mood had calmed a little. He allowed Nyx to guide him away, but his ears remained perked incase the male was a sneak. When he saw the other fea in the cage, after his sister Selene introduced her, and he gave a nod to Aminita. “Hi, I’m Apollo. I’d say it’s a pleasure, but it isn’t under these circumstances.” He was being brutally honest, which was his style really, other than being your typical bad boy. Although nobody would call his typical.

Serena gave a glare at the alpha before she noticed the humans. Getting up, without hesitation, she strolled to the new cage, and went right on in. She had noticed the fea’s nervous stance, and her sweet voice came out. “Aminita, me and my children mean you no harm, and soon we will leave this place. I’d be grateful if you’d talk with me about this place, but I’d like to rest first.” With that said, she found a corner to curl up in. Soon Selene joined her, after introducing Aminita to the others. When Aminita said they smelled of the wild lands, she smiled and spoke softly. “We are from the wild lands, dear. I‘m Selene and that’s my mom Serena.”

Orion and Ares followed after their family. Orion hesitated for a moment to finish speaking to Springtail. “It’ll soon be over, Serena always finds a way around things like this, or we simply handle it ourselves. If you’d like to talk more I’ll be more than willing to have a conversation at the fence separating the two enclosures.” Then giving a shrug of his shoulders, simply saying up to you, he followed after the others. Once he was in, he heard the gate close, and realized it must be controlled from a remote or something. After all the humans didn’t come in, if they did they would of tore them to shreds. He sat down next to Ares, who was talking to the only fea who wasn’t related to them in the enclosure. “Hi, I’m Ares. This is my brother Orion. Aminita where are you from?” She knew of the wild lands, she mustn’t be from around here he thought.
