*Dead Buck, Hawk*
Two buck deer are engaged in a fight. One misses the others horns stabbing him right threw the neck. The buck that got stabbed had a fatal wound and stumbled back. The other buck soon left running away since they were almost in the wide open. The buck on the ground sputters up blood and soon dies from bleeding till death. This would make a good meal but a hawk soon circles the buck from the sky. If a wolf wants this meal it will have to drag it away or start eating it and the hawk might leave or get scared away.
Ninaki, Storm Dancer, & Pirqua
Pirqua, a full-grown Peregrine Falcon, scanned the area bellow. Had it not been for the hawk by the buck, she might have completely missed the food since she was searching for movement. But when she located the hawk, it didn't take long for her to realized a deer was their, dead.
The falcon dove down at a speed over 100 mph; half the speed she could really dive at. She gave a sharp series of cries, and soon two wolf/dog hybrids came galloping over the ground, following their friend's cries.
"What is it?" Storm Dancer howled out as she ran.
"A dead buck... and a hawk." Pirqua replied from the skies, coming closer to them. She led them straight to the dead creature, and landed on the buck's head. The falcon was the size of a crow; large for a falcon, but not larger than most hawks. To try and frighten off the hawk, she raised her wings and hissed. Ninaki and Storm Dancer made it to the kill and barked to drive the hawk away.
*Hawk*
The hawk hisses back at the Falcon not that scared but was very wary of Ninaki and Storm Dancer. She swooped down and ripped a chuck of meat from the kill stealthily and sneaky and flew to a tree and gobbled it up. The hawk’s eyes remained on the kill waiting to see if they would leave. She was too wary of the wolves to try it again. She flays off after a while tired of waiting.
Bullet
The dog, was part wolf as well, approached the deer fearlessly. He looked wolfish himself, but with a leaner muzzle and larger build.
"You two are not true wolves are you?" Bullet asked calmly as he sniffed the carcass, and tore a bite off to eat. He didn't show any signs of aggression, other than being so clam and unafraid.
Ninaki, Storm Dancer, & Pirqua
Pirqua was slightly frightened by the hawk's hiss, but stood her ground because she knew her friends would protect her. The three of them began to eat.
When Bullet arrived, Ninaki rumbled slightly. Still, he remembered what happened last time they fed off a carcass; they were attacked by another wolf. Both wolf/dogs were glad that Bullet didn't show any aggression.
"No. We are part collie... what about you?" Storm Dancer asked. "You don't look all wolf yourself."
Bullet
"Not all wolf, but part. My mother was a german shepherd. My father was part wolf and part alaskan dog. By the way, my name is Bullet, how about yours?" he takes a few bites of meat, then looks up again, "And do you have a pack? My pack is strong, and we are looking for some new members."
Ninaki, Storm Dancer, Pirqua
Ninaki scowled, "No, we have a pack of our own." truthfully, he was unsure about where all his pack members where.
Storm Dancer tilted her head to the side slightly, "Maybe I can meet your pack sometime. I might like to join in." her brother glared at her, but she ignored him.
Pirqua had eaten all she could while listening to them talk. "I'd like to see your pack as well, but I will remain in Moonshadow's. But... no, I will be apart of both packs, if Storm Dancer joins yours." she states.
*Hawk*
The hawk watches a little angry his meal had been taken. The hawk hisses twice more realizing it wasn’t doing and good and feared more wolves and dogs would come. The hawk flew down once more getting less meat then last time and eats fast before flying away.
Bullet
Bullet tilts his head slightly, watching the hawk scavenge off the deer. At first he assumed the hawk was a friend of these two wolf/dogs, but from the hisses, he changed his mind. "That hawk seemed a bit angry..." he couldn't understand why, because he didn't see the others chase him off.
Bullet shrugged it off and returned his gaze to Storm Dancer while quite bluntly ignoring Ninaki. "Follow me, I'll show you to my pack." after taking a few more bites, he trots off to the Alleys.
Ninaki, Storm Dancer, Pirqua
Pirqua hisses in reply to the hawk, and spreads her wings again in defense. Ninaki gives a short bark to the bird, and was glad to see it go. Storm Dancer didn't bark at the hawk, but watched it fly off. She knew there would be plenty left for it when they left. Like her mother, she cared for other creatures when most wolves would consider them a good meal.
They all finish eating, and Storm Dancer follows after Bullet. Pirqua flies above her friend. Ninaki grumbles about it, but follows after his sister anyway.
