Ritual

Ritual was about to head back to her terra.Risen could send whoever she wanted to Emerald Pines.However she did stop thinking.Turning she called for Cain and Nightshade.While she waited she began to think of both her mother and grandmother.She had not been able to see them when she came, but that was another time and place.She planned on asking them to come with her to Emerald Pines.

Nightshade

Nightshade had remained at the Ruins while Prisoner had sought a territory. Seeing Ritual, Nightshade felt a ripple of happiness run threw him. Ritual had left some time ago, and Nightshade's mood had drawn down considerably. Seeing the filly again was a joy. Nightshade flicked his ears, trotting up to Ritual. "Ritual! You're back!" Nightshade neighed, shaking his ebony mane. "I thought you left for good. Are you still a ally to the Shadow Haunters?" Nightshade was definately loyal to the Shadow Haunters, but his heart also longed for Ritual. If Ritual was leaving the Shadow Haunters, Nightshade would be terribly torn.

Ritual

Ritual smiled at Nightshade."I'm not staying.I have my own terra now, but i'm allied to the Haunters.I wanted to know if you would like to come to my terra as a subordient, but who knows you might prove yourself for a higher rank,"she said.The filly she had once been has grown into a mare.However her eyes still held her old haunts.It would take a while before she was fully happy as she had once been as a young filly.

Nightshade

Nightshade's ears went back at what Ritual first asked, but he relaxed as she continued further. Nightshade pricked his ears, offering a slight smile. "Won't take long, huh?" Nightshade teased, knowing he was more then worthy for a higher spot. Nightshade looked in the distance, but nodded. "Yes, Ritual. I would like that."

Ritual

Ritual snorted softly.Smiling she moved to butt Nightshade on the shoulder with her head."You know that you will always have a high rank with me as leader, but for now you'll have to work your way up like all the others,"she said softly.Eyes warm for the first time in a long time, but in the back it was still haunted."Come i'll take you to Emerald Pines now,"she said.Flicking her tail before leading the way.
