Tikipak
Taini's request brought him to the main ruins, now seeking her "mate", Stealth. It was necessary for him to know exactly what had happened at the packlands, and the easiest way to inform him was to request to see him socially.
As he alighted on a crumbling post, he began to call out. Stealth! Stealth! I bring a methage for you.
Tumult
A white form stalked about the temple; he was just half a year old, but acted much like an adult already. Tumult, son of Risen and Cavan, explored the main land of the Ruins freely as the mothers and other Haunters housed themselves at Dima's temple. He wasn't much for crowds, but didn't mind them either. For now he wanted to be alone to think about the future of his mother's pack... of the Shadow Haunters.
Yellow eyes flicked around the fallen rubble of the ancient human world. A world he now called his own as he explored and inhabited it. He actually couldn't see himself living in the wild like most animals. No, he had to have a building, he had to have a large group of creatures around him. His loyalty would forever remain with the Haunters, he wished one day; maybe one day he would be able to call himself King of the Haunters, but until that day, he was just another being in the sea of restless souls. "Mother, your pack will rise to the top whether you live to see it or not." He commented to himself out loud.
Before too long, the piercing cries of a crow shattered his silent thought. Treasured coins shimmered for a moment as he sought out the location of the calling creature. Calling for Stealth; that new member huh? There was a dark grin on his maw before he lazily slunk up to post at which Tikipak rested. The black grizzle upon his back shifting a moment as if to growl but instead he spoke in a hearty tone. "Greetings Fowl-of-the-Sky. I do not believe I have seen you on these lands before. May I inqure to what your reasons for being on my mother's land are?" Tumult smiled, his tail wagging somewhat though he was well aware to be alert in case there was to be an ambush.
Stealth
Stealth lifted his head and left the temple when he heard Tikipak. He bowed to the raven, then bowed to him. "I am here. What is the message?" He said respectfully, wagging his tail.
Tikipak
Never had he expected someone other than Stealth to answer the call, and for a moment he stood where he was, stuttering nonsense and looking very confused, indeed. But Stealth finally arrived, and he turned to address him, voice soft and the slur a little thicker than usual. I am to t-tell you... that you-r m-mate... sthe re-questh your pre-thence... close to Dima'th Tem-ple. Sthe... Sthe theemed very upthet about thomthing. He did not name the cause of her upset, for there were other Haunters around.
Tumult
Snow-flake brute looked intently on the bird as he hesitated under his stare. What's wrong with this bird. He thought of suspicions but decided against such hasty thoughts. Then his eyes turned to Stealth and the message that was relayed to him. There was a dark smile: These two weren't to see each other until they were trusted.
"I see you are thinking of sneaking around security hm?" His teeth veered as he moved closer to Stealth - "Mother wouldn't be too happy with that y'know." There was an odd moment of silence before he lifted his head. "I'll help ya, Mother trusts me - so far. Come to the water's edge but stay in the thick - I'll retrieve, uh... Taini... was it?" He left a notable pause for a reply before his smile appeared again.
If Tumult were to take his mothers place on the throne- he would work more for the pack than himself - but he had yet to know he was even eligible to be the next leader.
