PERIL/DANGER

Danger, a coral snake, slithered up to the moat and waited. "Greetings, Shadow Haunters. I am Danger and I would like to join your pack. I have brought a friend. Peril is just in that river over there." She called out. Peril waited a good distance away in a portion of the river. He was nearly immobile on land, so he would need help getting to the moat and Dima's Temple.

The snakes had a mission. They were sent by Black Plaque to spy. The Haunters, however, most likely would not guess this.

Runi

Moving up more gracefully now, but still soaked to the bone, Runi came to the call of the snakes. Although the call was almost unheard, she made sure to keep an ear out especially for new arrivals. For they seemed to always come when the pack wasn't home.

Moving up closer to the coral snake; the borzoi wolf mix slowed and cautioned herself. "Greetings Danger, My name is Runi, member of the Shadow Haunters. The Warriors are out, as well as our Alpha. You will have wait until Risen arrives to be fully accepted." Her eyes flicked up to the snake in the river, and there was a smile and friendly tail wag. "Greetings Peril." She yipped, wagging her tail.

Runi had no reason to suspect anything from these two. But Risen was well known for catching liars. For she was a liar herself.

PERIL/DANGER

Danger nodded. "Then we will just wait here until your leader returns, if that's alright." She replied in a polite but quiet voice. Peril let his head rest on the bank of the river. "Perhapsss I could meet the ressst of your pack..." He suggested, looking at the hybrid with his bright yellow eyes.

Runi

Her eyes shifted to the other and she smiled kindly. "Well currently, the pups and the other mothers are at Dima's temple. They aren't allowed from there, but I could take you two there if you would like." Her tail gave friendly wags, looking at both of them for their agreement.

PERIL/DANGER

Danger looked at Peril, and Peril nodded. "Alright." Danger replied. "My friend cannot move on land. Is there a creek leading into the temple from that river, or can somebody drag him in there?" Peril didn't like the idea of being dragged across the land, but sometimes it was the only choice.

Runi

She looked to the water snake and gave a soft smile. "Well the moat around our land leads right to the temple, if he can manage to move along there." She smiled happily. Though was uncertain about the idea of picking up such a large snake.

PERIL/DANGER

Peril nodded. "I can do that..." He said, pulling himself back into the water and waiting for Runi to lead. Danger smiled and bowed to the hybrid.

Runi

She smiled and wagged her tail then moved along the side of the river. "This way, Risen will be back shortly." She said.
