Taini

Her most vile grimace pasted on her face, Taini slunk into the last place on earth she probably needed to be. Her mother was hated here, almost as much as the Haunter's number one enemy, Vestige, whose beta Liseli was. But Taini had made up her mind, and she was here to request something that should have never been in her mind: entrance into the Shadow Haunters organization.

She turned to Stealth behind her, voice soft. Ready?

Rasheetah

The cheetah was never particularly one for crowds, and as the horses reunited with each other, the cat decided to head into the temple where the meeting was being held. "I need a vacation." She groaned under her voice.

Walking through the maze of human architecture, the scent of an outsider crossed her nose. Paused she lifted up her head and looked around. Deep yellow eyes flashing as she prowled around to find Taini in the distance. She waited on her growl, but didn't hesitate to let her fur rise up in caution.

Being slightly bloody and with obvious injuries she didn't want to rush in and attack what could be a baited trap. "Who are you?" She called from a distance, holding up her head before walking with a proud gate to the wolf. She keep her distance at fifteen feet. Head high, tail out straight and twitching somewhat. The wolf smelt familiar, a hint of Vestiges pack, but she does not remember seeing her there. Still, she had to be cautious.

Taini

The cat's voice reached her perked auds with ease, and she was glad she'd placed her grimace on her face before entering this place. Now, she needed it. She turned to view Rasheetah, and raised her voice to carry across the distance. Taini, I am called, daughter of a creature probably well known to all of you, and well hated, I am sure. My mate and I come because we tire of the death and doom Vestige and my mother bring to our pack, and wish to join your cause in bringing about their downfall. She let a snarl leave her as she spoke of Vestige and Liseli, and her lip lifted to flash a fang in disgust, though she was very careful not to direct it at Rasheetah. If the cat had any reason to believe that Taini would harm anyone here, the game would be over before it had begun.

Turning her eyes back to Stealth, she put a little sugar in her voice and spoke. Isn't that so, love?

Rasheetah

The cheetah's eyes flashed with curiosity as the wolf spoke of Vestige. She smiled and nodded somewhat. " The only cause we have with the pack is to take down Vestige. We only attack the rest of the group because they defend him. Our cause is much greater than just the simple removal of scum. We want to purify the valley. This valley is inhabited by many old murderers and legends of wars long past. In what we one day hope to call 'Haunter Valley' the only war in legend will be the one that cleansed the land of such darkness." She paused for a moment before continuing her speech.

"We have many positions available. Warriors are, of course, the ones who fight in our battles. Mothers take care of the Haunter pups and the pups we rescue from other dark packs." And yes, Rasheetah was speaking of the pups the stole. To the Haunters, or at least the newer haunters, these pups are being 'rescued' from darkness. "Wolves and smaller mammals can't take part as Guards. As you will see, there is a mote being dug around the lands. Our water Guards will go there, and our land Guards are large 'equipped' animals such as our Rhinos and elephant, and soon our stags.

"Healer's help the injured. Obviously. The lead is a small Muntjac doe. All prey animals in the pack are not to be injured. Converters, well, talk neutral animals from being brainwashed by our enemies. Strategists are more the smaller animals who are not as physically fit as they are mentally. They are the 'head' and 'neck' of this pack." There was another moment of silence.

"I must give you a heads-up. My mistress doesn't tolerate unknown breeding very well. You are to ask permission if pups are ever on your mind. She will more than likely grant it, depending on how many pups the mothers are currently dealing with. You understand. But since there are more mothers from each batch, they can take on more and more pups. So there should be no trouble as long as you just ask.

Since we don't want pups to interfere with the warriors, if that is what you chose to become, after the are weaned, they will be taken to the Mothers so that you can return to your duties. When they are of two months old they will under go professional training for six months, and then rejoin the pack as highly respected adults." Another moments pause.

"Do you comply and still wish to join?" She smiled. Knowing their tactics more than likely outdid a lot of their enemies strategies.

Stealth

Stealth nodded in agreement as Taini spoke, smiling and wagging his tail as if he was happy to be with her. Of course, he was happy to be with her. He listened intently as Rasheetah spoke then, as if he really was interested in joining. It was a convincing act. Then when the cheetah finished, he looked to his 'mate.' "It sounds alright to me." He said casually.

Rasheetah

The cheetah's eyes flashed at Stealth. Smirking slightly, "I should also warn you, and my mistress will reinforce the rule. Betrayal is not tolerated. If we find a traitor, the punishment is worse than death." She lifted her head before turning. "Follow me" With that the large cat escorted the two behind her and to the 'ceremony' that was being held inside.
