Selah

She padded up slowly, if there was one thing I learned from past "mingles" with packs is that they did'nt like her, she did'nt belong to her father's kind(coyote) beucase of her mother(wolf) and visa versa.

She stopped at the borders, it was clear where it was and waited...a home would come soon, and maybe love. Maybe she could pass a light colored wolf, or a funny looking coyote. She was the tan of a coyote and the build of a wolf so it was doubtful.
She stood strongly, took a breath, leanded back, and howled. A long mornful howl, deep and rich. Howling seemed to be her only talent it seemed. After she finshed she looked back to the land....the howl still echoing.

Kali Her mind was cluttered with roaming thoughts. She had become bored and was hoping for a little excitment which she hadn't felt in quite sometime. Her eyes dragged away from the hybrid and waiting for the others to come. She kept an eye on the female, but she knew it wasn't her say if she could stay and go. Looking her carefully she didn't seem to be the type to be here, but of course, one shall never judge so soon.

Selah

Selah watched as this new she-wolf almost approached her, it was clear from the surprised look on her face she clearly did'nt think highly of her. But this looked like a fair wolf and deep down Selah knew in her heart that she would not jump to hasty conclusions. Her back legs begin to tire and the muscles were warm with pain, but she did'nt not dare sit without first seeing a head wolf, so she waited, tempted to howl once more but decided not to push her luck.

Vulcan

The male moved with a dignified air, his head held high but his tail hung loose and swayed behind him. Large brute stopped next to Selah, his eyes roaming the lands. He supported her decisions and he knew he had to stay close to her, she was like him. A coyowolf. His dark orbs turned to Kali and a sinister grin pressed his maw. In a soft voice he said for Selah's ears only, "Are you sure about this?" He had followed her after leaving the Tall grass prarie. His gaze drifted else where, as if he hadn't spoken.

Kali

Her eyes turned from one face to another with a poisonous glare so cold. The coat down her spine stood on it's ends as her ears gave a slight twitching to see another hybrid. She wasn't so sure of hybrids, unpure and already a screw up. She wasn't sure who they were, she was new here herself, but she wasn't going to let them bardge through. "What are you doing here?" She asked in a rumbling voice. She tried not to sound so hostile, but she did have the right to know. Her ears perked and now slightly pulled back watching them carefully. At the same time she listened out for the leads to come.

Hidden Betrayal

She moved with a silence that a shadow would envy, her soul dark and unpenatrable. She stood above Kali and these new hybrids and an ominous growl arose from deep within her. She stood behind the new comers, and if Kali looked up she would see the black goddess. Thunder rolled somewhere in the background as night fell and lightening streaked through the cold night air. In a dark voice, Hidden Betrayal spoke. "What brings travelers of another sort to our lands, dear Kali?" Lightening struck behind the alphess, and her cold bright yellow eyes were illuminated for a moment. It seemed that hell itself danced in those eyes. She stood tall and proud, an alphess' stance ontop of a rock.

Kali

A devious smirk smacked upon her face for an instant as Hidden came. She was one of the only ones in this world who gained her trust, and who Kali would respect. She dipped her muzzle slightly for something seemed to be bothering her, but of course Kali never did care enough to ask. She didn't look at Hidden, but still watched the travelers until Hidden's words ended.

"I am not sure," she said bitterly beneath her breath. Her bright amber eyes burning with fury so wild and untamed. Her coat still slightly brisk as she watched the travelers. They could want to challenge them, perhaps to join, but Kali could careless, whatever the hell it is that they wanted or where they came from. She just kept an eye on them to be sure they wouldn't try any petty little tricks.

Risen

From the distance the fea looked up and watched a small gathering on the boarders. She gave a harsh glare and made her way to the group, the smallest one there but her tail and head was raised as high as Hidden's. Only when her bone chilling yellow orbs looked straight in the eyes of another would they see why she is an alphess. Her gaze turned right to Selah's. Her fur bristled and teeth shown. "State your reason of being" Her pink gums showed lightly as she turned her gaze to Vulcan, then back to Selah. Her nose wrinkled back as she scented them, "Hybrids, though not of dogs." She whispered slightly. It was a plus, she loathed dogs. Her snarles ceased and she waited for them to talk. Waiting and watching for even the littlest of screw ups.

Selah

Her shaky confidence tripled as Vulcan entered the scene. He had followed her and she was grateful, life did'nt seem so bitter with him around.
But to important matters......
Selah could instantly tell that none of them wanted her here, she was an ugly hybrid, they were beautiful and pure, but she and Vulcan deserved homes as much as any wolf. "Yes, I want a home, with you" she wispered to him, turning to match his gaze as she spoke that last part. Then she turned to match the fea that joined them along with two others and in the most humble and sincere voice she could muster she confidently spoke to her "I wish to join your pack, I have wandered enough and I want a home to settle down in" she dare not speak for Vulcan but in her heart she hoped he wanted the same.

Risen

Long jaggad teeth unsheathed from her mouth as her eyes locked onto the feas. Forcing her to either submit the glance or fight. Though she admired the femme for choosing this pack. In low rumbling growls Risen mustered out "To let you know, this pack doesn't settle anything but fights. We are an active pack which means we hunt often, and it's not only deer we hunt. We hunt fellow wolves and hunters as well as humans and dogs. I was raised around hybrids, I prefer one not related to a dog such as yourself. But in times of battle you would have to prove you wont be a softy." Her eyes blazed with flames as she penetrated the skin to the soul. She searched for a wolf that was inside trying to rebel against the world. "Are you sure you are heartless enough to join?"

Selah

She stiffend herself,"If you ask if of me I am ready. I want a home no matter the cost! I've set my eyes on this land and this is where I intend on being!" She proclaimed forcefully, mabye a bit too forceful.

Risen

Her hackles seemed as if they couldn't raise any higher though she laughed at her proclaimance. Her own deadly words hissed and spilled over from her gaping jaws. "If you are so damned confident about it then fine, but I warn you, punishment isn't light around here" Her tiny head flung around, as she walked off and twards the middle of the lands. Debating the next move she should make.
