Ren Torve & Ember

Ren walked into the pits with a steady and defensive look on her face. She had a slight frown, and she most certainly did not come here to play games. Beside her strode Ember, her wolf hybrid. The canine wore a muzzle, but she did not show any outward signs of aggression.

Striding over to the fighting pit, the lovely but tough looking woman let her dog in, removing the muzzle as well. Ember slid into the ring easily and with little fuss. You see... Unlike most cowards to hated who fight, Ember looked foreward to it, dreamed about it even. She would not be defeated.

"Any takers? C'mon boys, don't be shy." A smirk was now on her carefully painted lips. Her black hair was tied up in a pony tail, and her green eyes sparkled with challenge, searching the crowded room for any who would be foolish enough to take on Ember.

Silv & *Human*

A loud, raging snarl echoed through the corridors of the pit as a human dragged along a silvery/slate wolf fae, whom was thrashing her head around and viciously striking out at her 'caretaker'. That's what she thought of the human as; nothing more than someone to supply her with her needs. She wasn't truely owned by anyone; just a wolf that lived out life in the pit.

After enough kicking and hitting towards the wolfess, the human finally was able to get the door open with the help of others and shove her into the pen, the muzzle slipping off as the human pulled harshly on a leash attached to it.
The silvery-blue fae snarled as she settled into the pit, looking around, growling and baring her fangs at the laughing faces of two-leggeds all around her. Things that could become her dinner.
"We have a taker!" a voice wrang out from the huddle of crowd.

Ren Torve & Ember

Ren smiled slyly. So, a wolf would be her hybrid's opponent, eh? She shouldn't pose any problem for her Ember, her fighter. She simply folded her arms over her chest, a cocky smirk on her painted lips. "Go get 'em, girl." That was the hybrid's cue to start doing her thing.

The wolf/pit bull/german shepard mix watched the rather viscious looking female with calm eyes. Ember was a tall animal, and rather stocky; as big as any wolf would get. Her muscles rippled everytime she moved. She had been well trained, and pushed as hard as she could stand.

Her fangs barred as Silv seemed to be paying more attention to the crowd than to her. She wasn't one for talking during a fight, words didn't do damage, fangs did. So a slow rumble that wasn't quite a growl escaped her throat. She didn't seem to be very agressive, though her stance was good and solid. Her eyes didn't give anything away as they followed the wolfess everywhere she went.

The crowd seemed to be put off by the fact that the dogs weren't already tearing at each other's throat. They began jeering and taunting, trying to get the animals to attack. Ren simply stood and watched and waited. She knew how her animal worked, and if the idiotic crowd would wait, they'd see blood shed like they could not imagine.

Silv

Silv no longer cared about the crowd. They could cry out till their voices were nothing but a raspy wind in her auds. She had learned over the years of living here to not fight for the humans, but to fight for yourself. Silv had made the mistake of doing that and it brought her nothing. Now all she wanted was her own satisfaction from it all. The humans did absolutely nothing, but as noted before, be her caretakers.

Silv wasn't bothered by the impending look of the hybrid before her; it seemed either had their advantages. Silv on the other paw, was lanky and slik, having speed and agility mostly on her side. More so than any other opponent she'de had. She felt confident as she lifted her stance, baring her yellow-tinted teeth and raising her hackles. No one would get in her way today.

Slowly and quite carefully, though all the while wary, she stalked forward with a silent paw and began to somewhat circle Ember, as if taunting the hybrid herself. The humans could just shut up and see how it's really done.
