*Man*

The man patted Hidden Secrets back, and said some human words. These gestures were encouragement to the wolf, and soon her master released Hidden Secrets into the ring.

Through the door, two men hauled in a metal crate. They carried it inside the ring, opened the door, and quickly scrambled out of the pit and closed the door.

From the crate, a young lynx crept out. Her ears were laid back, and her sharp, curved fangs revealed as she hissed. The lynx had been captured from the wild not too long ago. She looked towards Hidden Secrets with gleaming eyes, and hissed again. The men around the ring cheered.

*curius though in her head. a lynx. what a big cat. growling and snarling back she knew somkehow this thing had speed.howling into the air as if in battle call.*

*Lynx*

The lynx hisses terribly in reply to the howl. Her pointed ears were brought flat aginst her head in agression, and her body was low to the ground, tense, and ready to spring into battle at any moment. But all the cheering men and the pit confused her. She had never in her life dreamed such a place could exist, and it all was overwhelming.

The men cheered louder, and began to pound on the fence of the pit. They wanted the fight to start. The lynx did not.

*suddenlly lunging with lightning speed at the lynx. she new her job and set out to do it. she would previail.trying to grab her ner neck and searched for the juglar vien.*

*Lynx*

The lynx screeches out a fierce cry and springs back when the wolf lunges. At the same instand, she lashed out with one of her front paws and stuck Hidden Secrets across her head, leaving long gashes from her claws. Knowing it would be a fight to the death, the lynx sprung at Hidden Secrets, aiming to land on the wolf and tear along her side and back with her sharp claws. She was extremely swift, and had sharp claws, unlike Hidden Secrets. But she didn't have the jaw power that the wolf had, or the long muzzle to bite and reach the wolf's jugular veins.

*a yelp is let out but when lynx lunges she reaches out with her head and clasps on. she continued to squeze tighter and tighter.*

*Lynx*

The lynx pulled back enough so that Hidden Secrets fangs didn't quite reach her vital organs in her neck. Instad, the wolf got a mouth-full of fur, and her teeth grazed only the skin of the big-cat's neck.

With a shreaking lynx cry, she swats at the wolf, leaving deep gashes over her shoulders and sides. Her hind feet kick out with extreme power to cause even deeper gashes over the wolf where ever the claws happened to fall. Even her blunt muzzle snapped at the wolf, and the sharp fangs bit into Hidden Secrets' muzzle.

*holding back her crys of pain th wolf unleashes her anger. taking the lynx with her in a flip they both land on their back leaving the cat dazed. taking her chance. she quikly lunges into the neck. she shakes viguarsly.*

*Lynx*

The lynx was stunned at first, but like any cat, she was very dangerous to fight when she was on her back. Hidden Secrets was able to get ahold of the cat's neck, but the lynx struck out with her powerful hind legs and torn terrible gashes into her underside. Her flexible front legs clawed merciously at the neck and chest of the wolf.

Soon, Hidden Secrets' fangs reached the lynx's jugular veins and severed them. The lynx would die soon... but for a few moments longer, she could still fight.

*taking the pain even though the world was spinning around her she gripped harder blood filing her mouth.*

*Lynx*

The sharp claws tear through muscel and narrowly miss hitting on internal organs. Slowly, the lynx gets weaker, and her hisses and screatching becomes gurgled. With a sudden shudder, the once glorious, wild cat is dead. Hidden Secrets is also near death, with horrible gashes marking over her underside and neck.

A wild cheer comes up from the crowd when the lynx is dead. Hidden Secrets' owner collects much money from people who betted on the fight, and then he enters the ring. He grimaces slightly, seeing what condition his fighter was in. She was an excellent fighter, but, he knew, she would need to learn how to fight different animals.

Since Hidden Secrets would be too weak from blood loss to walk very far, the man picks her up and carried her out of the ring. He exits the house and puts the greviously wounded wolf into a car and drives back to Alleys.
