*Dog*

The short-coated dog slinks up to the house and stays hidden in the thick weeds and bushes around in. The doors and windows were all closed and locked even on the outside. From inside, the sound of fighting canines could be heard. He turns to Winters Night and speaks in a whisper, "This is the place where most of the fights take place. They are fighting right now, so no humans are out. The fight could last a long time, but the humans will come out when it is over."

Winters Night

She nods and hides within the shadows. "Thanks you may leave now i your scared.

*Humans & Dogs*

From another door in the back of the house, some of the men left with a wolfess named Hidden Secrets and a pit bull named Thrawl. As they were leaving, another man was walking towards the front door. A young pit bull, five months old, was being led on a short chain by the man.

*looking back once to a short jerk. she was all bloody but then she glared at thrawl. she wanted to get him.*

Winters Night

When she sees no one but the man she lunges for his throat to free the young pit bull. She especially thought pups should not get involved in fighting for the humans pleasure. She bites down hard on his throat alert as ever.

*Man & Dogs*

The man was completely caught off guard since it was rare for any stray dog or wolf to wander up to such a house. He also carried no weapon. In an instant, his jugular veins were severed, and he was thrown to the ground by the force of Winters Night's lunge. As he struggles with the fading life still in him, the man drops the chain.

The young pit bull scurries away from the man and wolf in utter fear. With her tail between her legs, the young pup hides under a bush, shaking. The chain trailing from her neck showed where she hid.

Winters Night

She walks over and grabs the chain and carries it to where the pup was so the hiding spot would not be seen. "Hi I'm Winters Night are you ok?"

*Pup*

The pup cringes against the ground, shaking in terror. She knew she was being brought here to fight, and most likely be torn to pieces by the other older dogs who practiced such fights on pups like herself. She couldn't understand why the wolf was being nice, and feared that at any moment Winters Night would attack her. In a timid voice, the young pup spoke, "I'm alright... please don't fight with me! I don't even know how to fight..."

Winters Night

"I wont attack you. Don't worry. I was trying to save you from the fighting pit." She said. "Do you need a place to live for I am sure my alphas would not mind you." She barks. "Where are your parents? If they need help I can try and help them."

*Pit bull*

She looks up timidly at Winters Night, feeling a little safer, but still frightened. Meekly, she speaks out again, "Thank you for saving me... they were going to have the older dogs kill me; or that's what I was told." The pup lifts her head up a bit and continues to speak, "I don't have a home anymore, and I have no clue who my father is; I've never seen him. And my mother... the humans took her somewhere, but I don't know where. Could I live with you?"

Winters Night

She smiles. "Of course you can. Are there any other pups or dogs to help first?" She asked for she truthfully didn't want anyone to suffer.

*Pup*

She shakes her head, "No; at least not any who want to be saved. My brothers and sister have all gone to different houses... but I don't know where."

Winters Night

She smiles warmly. "Do you want me to try and find your siblings and help them to." She asks.

*Pup*

She again looks up at Winters Night, but doesn't look in her eyes. "I would like to see them all again... I think they might be somewhere Down Town and in the Alleys." her voice sounded more hopeful, as did the expression on her small, blunt muzzle.

Winters Night

"Well lets go find them. I’m sure I can pick up their scent since theirs will be similar to yours. Be careful and stay hidden when I go in for the kill." She said speaking of attacking the human. She gently picks up the pup by the scruff gently and carries her off to Down Town.
