Jess

Jess had a way of ending up in the weirdest of places. Before she knew it, she had wandered to the dump. She sniffed the piles of old trash. "This isn't what I had in mind, but it'll do." She said to Rhett, who she hoped had followed her here. She continued to walk until a horrible yelp left her. Her paw had gotten stuck in an aluminum can, and it was bleeding. "No matter." She sighed. "It's happened before." She chewed on it, trying to get it off.

Rhett

Rhett's somewhat miserable looking gait matched hers. His back had never been correctly 'straight' you could say. Since he was a mixed breed, I guee. Which made his walk look uncomfortable, but it didn't hurt a bit. His banner raised when she yelped.
"Ah!"
His voice shrieked. He hated blood; so he wasn't much of a comfort in him being there...At all. His mixed coloed audits lifted. "Should I get help?" He said, his banner swished with axiety.

Jess

Jess shook her head. "You don't have to...well, yes." She replied. "I would love some help right about now." Her voice wasn't impolite but it wasn't the voice of a happy dog either.

Rhett

"Speaking of help...I have no idea where to get any."

Jess

Jess sighed and began walking. "Don't worry. I'm sure I can get this off." She said, then looked down at the can that was stuck on her paw. With strong jaws, she yanked it off. She quickly averted her eyes as the blood was making her uneasy. But then she began to lick the wound. "Thanks anyways, though."
