Saydin
She was prancing. Yes. Prancing. She gave a soft yip as she entered her packlands, calling to Karitania. Kahvi wasn't even dead for a week yet, but look what she had brought home! A new lover! With a prisoner! Oh, Saydin, you sadistic little bitch. What have you gona and done now? She turned, looking for her new mate, her new love. The one who really would stand by her. Not question her. Be true to her.
VALIAN & KARITANIA
Karitania had disposed of Kahvi's body with the help of Diseased, leaving it to rot just outside the packlands and to be feasted upon by passing creatures. It had been less than a week since his death, but the Beta female had totally forgotten his existence. He had betrayed Saydin, and anyone who did that was not worthy of her time and deserved to die just as he had. When Saydin called to her, she was resting beneath some trees, splayed on her back with some of her offspring gathered around her. However, she stood like a flash when Saydin's call filled the air, and she left her family to find her alphess.
She approached Saydin with a big smile on her face, for finding her best friend to be this joyful brought her nothing but happiness...well, almost. She couldn't help but feel a little uneasy, after all, it was unlike Saydin to prance. She was about to ask what had caused such prancing when a new scent filled the air, a scent which Karitania could detect faintly on Saydin.
Valian came into view, dragging the battered Sasha with him in his jaws. He dropped her roughly before Saydin and Karitania, a sadistic twinkle in his eye. First things first, though. "Valian." he said by way of introduction. He was a wolf of little words, but it was not his words that he was dangerous for. Clearly, it was his actions that spoke for him, evident from the battered Sasha on the ground. Karitania watched him curiously, as if studying a creature in a zoo, before concluding that if Saydin approved of him, she would also. "Karitania." she replied in the same manner, a small smile lighting her face.
Valian only had eyes for Saydin from that point forth. He was serious now, deadly serious, and it was such danger that obviously thrilled Saydin. Stepping towards her, he whispered but one word in her ear, something which he hoped she would be pleased with, "Forcebreed..."
Poor, poor Sasha.
Saydin
She laughed and nuzzled her good friend before turning back, her eyes alight and vibrant. When she heard Valian's next words, she gave a sinister grin which she dropped down to poor, pitiful Sasha. Awww, you poor, poor little puppy. Why don't we clean you up a bit, shall we? She gave Sasha a little grin before she pranced towards some brush. She mixed a couple of herbs, and soon was back with a type of paste in her jaws. She slowly began to lick it over Sasha's eyes, then under her jaw. Quickly though, Saydin took off for the creek and quickly washed out her mouth. She then came back, and waited. Soon, Sasha whimpered, and she was using her front paws to scratch at her jaw and eyes. Poison oak, with a couple of other herbs, her face was on fire and felt like millions of bugs were crawling across it. She began to cry, and rubbed her face in the dirt, anything to get rid of this harsh pain. Saydin grinned down at the doberman. Like I said before, Sasha. Its nothing personal.
VALIAN & KARITANIA
Valian watched, awe-struck, as his mate concocted a poison to cause the prisoner a great deal of pain. He stood beside her, a hunger in his eyes as he watched the pitiful Sasha try and get the paste out of her wounds.
Karitania, however, took a few steps back. She didn’t disapprove of the torture, she just didn’t really want to watch it. Instead, she barked out to her daughter who sat beneath the tree where she had been before. “Rune, you watch the prisoner.” That’s right, Kari, assign your insane daughter to watch over poor Sasha. Rune wuffed, nuzzling her mother and licking her on the chin like a subordinate would do to please an alpha. Rune acted like a pup when her mother was around, but as Karitania left the new alpha pair to their torture, Rune’s eyes lit up with the same manic delight reflected in the eyes of both Saydin and Valian.
Saydin
Saydin smiled at the poor pitiful Sasha before she nodded to Rune and Valian. Sasha would go into labor soon, and Saydin didn't care to see that. She gave a quick smile, and began to walk away leaving Rune to her own devices of torture. Would Valian follow, or stay for the birth of his pups?
Symphony moved cautiously to the territory, following the chaotic scent that was Rune. She wanted to please this wolfess, this Rune. She'd do anything to make her happy. Why? Just because Rune had paid a little attention to her. She saw the chaos, and yipped, running to Rune and nuzzling her throat, her tail tucked between her legs. How did it feel, pretty Rune, to have a follower?
Twinges of pain were beginning in Sasha, and she knew what this meant. No. No, no. With the birth of the pups, would be her death. They'd live long healthy lives. But her own life would be cut short. Saydin herself could take care of the pups, still having milk from her own pregnancy. The pups wouldn't starve. But she would.
VALIAN AND RUNE
Valian spotted the signs of labour, and a slow smile spread over his face. Should he stay and watch his pups be born? No, leave the prisoner for a final moments of peace to birth her final young. He would grant her that much, at least. He turned to follow his mate, "I have a plan, my love. We should leave Sasha's body outside the den for the return of the Lurkers...with the runt of her final litter."
Rune was alone for a few moments with Sasha, and a strange feeling of sadness washed over her as she watched the prisoner realise that by bringing her pups into the world, she would soon be leaving it. What would Rune have done if Karitania had died when she was born? It was these thoughts that caused her to move away from Sasha, far enough to give her peace for her final moments. Still, these pups would have Saydin and Karitania to raise them, and Valian. It was with that thought that she consoled herself, and promised to look after these youngsters.
Then, she smelled a familiar scent in the air. Ah, Symphony! Rune stood to watch her friend, her follower, run towards her, and allowed her to nuzzle her throat. It pleased her, for now she could show her mother what she had done. She had found another for their pack, someone who would be loyal. Okay, so she'd be loyal to Rune, but Rune was in turn loyal to Karitania, who was unquestionably loyal to Saydin. Rune planted a lick on Sym's head, smiling sweetly. "You found me! Come Sym, enjoy the show!" Then, Rune's eyes turned back to Sasha, to watch the mother birth her young.
Saydin
Saydins eyes brightened even more at this oh so pleasant though. Yes, yes. Lets do that. The Lurkers, they tied themselves with Reincarnatation, who is tied to Aydan... She was talking to herself now, losing herself in thought. If you hurt one pack, you hurt them all. From now on, she'd have to be careful. Cover her tracks, make things look as though it wasn't really HER that did them. Nor her pack. She was in a current ceasefire with Aydan. That meant nothing of Sasha and them. Right? Well. It worked in her mind at least.
IT didn't take long, not really. Within an hour or so, five healthy puppies lay at Sasha's side and the mother did her very best to clean them. They would grow strong, be healthy... And never know their true mother. Sure, Saydin could lie and say she was their mother... She was cruel enough to do it. Tears sprang into Sasha's eyes. Was this her fate? To be killed by a demonic pack of wolves that had nothing better to do then shed the blood of others? Its nothing personal. You were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. So this is what she got, for being dutiful and answering the summons of others. A death worse then any other.
Symphony gave a grin and her tail wagged. Who is she? She whispered softly to Rune. Her eyes drifted from the fallen Sasha, over to Saydin. The wolfess made her slightly uneasy, but she seemed to be well liked by everyone here. Karitania was next, a strong wolfess that Sym wasn't even going to begin to mess with. Finally, they went to Valian. The two black wolves, Sym was planning on staying away from. There was something about them that didn't feel right, didn't feel natural. And it kind of scared her.
Saydin's eyes locked on Valians as an idea began to form. We will let Torture kill the dog. He is an old enemy of the Lurkers, and we can drop the pup off with the body. That way, none of this comes back around to us. She loved war, don't get her wrong, but her pack wasn't ready for it. There were to many pups running around, and she had a feeling that she needed to save her strength for something... Else...
VALIAN AND RUNE
Rune smiled at Symphony, and followed her friends eyes as she looked at each gathered wolf. "I don't know who the prisoner is. She's a Lurker though, and they are our enemy. The alpha pair are Saydin and Valian, and the wolf over near the trees is my mother, Karitania." She indicated each wolf as she spoke of them, before barking to alert Saydin and Valian that Sasha's pups were born.
Valian's eyes lit up at Saydin's plan. Yes, put the blame on someone else, let the Lurkers believe another was responsible for Sasha's death and the pup. Rune's bark caught his attention, and he turned to walk to his litter, and the mother who would never live to see her children grow. He looked them over with a critical eye, seeking the runt, the one who would be given to the Lurkers as a harsh reminder that life was not fair, and that Sasha's last days had been torturous. Then, he spotted the weak female, the little girl who would be sent to the enemy as a warning. With Sasha exhausted and now having served her purpose, Valian wasted no time in naming his offspring. "Jackal, Morrigan, Hostile, Avian," he said, nudging each pup as he named them. Then he turned to the runt, and with a sickening smile on his face, he bent his head right down to her tiny body, and hissed "and Dawn."
He turned to Saydin next, "Well done, Momma," he whispered, obviously hinting that Saydin would say she was the mother of the four remaining pups, once Dawn had been given to the Lurkers.
Saydin And Torture
At the birth of the pups, Saydin gave a wicked grin and threw back her small black dial and let loose a cold howl, calling to Torture. As the male was now in route, she stalked towards Sasha, moving like a fluid river, so smooth and sweet. Well. Or smooth and deadly. I guess it depends on how you look at it. She lowered her head to the exausted dobermans ear, watching the tears stream down her face. Your gonna die, baby girl. Aint no one gonna say you now. The pretty female then sauntered to the pups and began to methodically lick and clean each one of them.
It wasn't long before Torture arrived. He was a handsome male, with the silverest of fur, but a black chain seemed to wrap his neck and along his side. He entered the territory warily, scenting a new male in the terrain. Kahvi had never known of Saydin and Tortures little escapades with one another, going off on their own little killing sprees when he wasn't around. But the scent of Kahvi was faded and blood filled the air. He began to grow more and more excited as he found his way to the lovely little Saydin and her male comrade. He gave a little nod to Valian, and then lowered his eyes to Sasha. He gave a dark little laugh. I've killed two of her pups, am I killing this batch as well? He looked to the pups, a fire burning in his eyes and he even took a step towards them for the strike... That is, until Saydin was in his face. She struck quickly, like a little black cobra, her fangs flashing and striking against the side of Tortures face. He made no noise, but he jumped backwards, his hackles raising. They're my pups. Mine. Kill the bitch. Take her body back to the Lurkers. Have your brother take the runt as well. Only the strong survive here. Torture growled softly at Saydin, but he did as he was told. He grabbed hold of Sasha's throat, but he didn't rip it open, tear it apart. Instead, he eased pressure on her throat, slowly, ever so slowly suffocating her. Sasha's heart beat faster and faster in her panick, and she whimpered softly but soon, death claimed her. Torture let go of her lifeless body, her head falling with a thump. Have Torment take the pup if you can't carry both. I don't want this to lead back to my pack, Torture. You know what to do. He gave a nod, and barked, calling his brother out from the brush. Torment stayed clear of both Valian and Saydin, wanting no part of them. He picked up the runt gently in his large jaw, and began to walk silently towards the alleys. Torture then picked up Sasha's lifeless body, and carried her to the alleys as well.
