Karai

Returning to the site of the confrontation, Karai finds her alphas gone. All that is left of the gathering are the cougar and the young male. Shivering naturally under the cougar's eye, she turns her "blind-eyed" gaze to the male. She sees disinterest in his poise, and a shadow over his spirit, as though he were hiding a great suffering from the world. His orbs lacked luster, his pelt lay limp, and he failed to react to the cougar's prescence at all. Sensing a kindred spirit, Karai loped over to him, sitting near enough for them to have a semi-private conversation.

"Hello, I am Karai."

Recieving no response from the young male, she decides to leave him to his thoughts and come back later. For now she is in heat, and needs to find a male willing to be her mate. She gives the yong wolf one last look and heads off toward the breeding grounds.
