Quamia, Jais, & Railu

The three enter their old territory. They had been away since the winter, but luckily no one had taken over their lands. Railu collpased again, and the other two stopped there. As much as they tried, they couldn't get the yearling up again.

"Railu, and Jais," Quamia began, "You two have the turkey. I'll check the caches, and then search for some more food." She glances at Jais and gives him a look of thanks for getting the turkey. Then she left.

Jais lied down by his brother while the black wolf slowly began to eat the bird. He didn't eat much. Starving himself, Jais ate the rest after Railu continuously refused to eat anymore. The two lied beside eachother for a rest. Both remembered about their family still fighting with the bears. Both remember the two cougars they met.
