Toddler
The young child wandered through the pyrola. She sqealed happily, she new her parents were somewhere but she didn't care. She continued through the field, but soon became tired. She stumbled to the roots of large tree. She nestled within its roots, and went to sleep.
Vivek
The alpha had caught wind of the intruder and come quick to investigate. At first he circled wide, having since learned that young humans were rarely left alone, especially out in the wild. Bewildlered but confident that he smelt no other humans, Vivek ventured closer to the tree and the slumbering two-legger.
Closer and closer he drew, sniffing intently and darting his wary eyes about for danger. He had never been so closer to a little human before. Finally he got close enough and reached his muzzle forward. Curiousity got the better of him, and the wolf nipped at the toddler's clothing, trying to get a small purchase on the stuff and give it a yank. He did not know if little human cubs could present him with any danger, but he was interested in finding out. The thing seemed harmless enough.
Huttsa & Kavik
The two brutes were watching the human child. Kavik had a small grin etched on his maw but Huttsa had a worried look. There was some terrible stuff going on back at the Opakes. Huttsa dashed out from his hiding in the underbrush and let out a yip to Vivek. He slowed to a halt near him, "Bad news! Haiku has been taken and we are very outnumbered back at the Opakes!" He started to pace around uneasily, occasionally stopping to stare at the child.
Kavik looked around and calmly appeared from the brush. He looked to Huttsa and then to Vivek before turning his brown eyes to stare at the child. He sat back on his haunches near it and watched.
