He trotted in, then looked around. Wondering where Kaze went, he could smell her scent. But she was no where in his sight.

KAZE

The huge white wolfess walked quickly into her territory, dial and banner held regally high as she began prancing once over the border. She followed her nose, nares quivering, and turned in the direction of Crucified. She had a pack member, finally. That was good. Building up a strong pack was something neccessary for good survival. Soon the male came into her view and she yeowled out powerfully to him, auds pricked, but slightly back. She had her maw dropped open a bit as she then circled in front of him, staring cold and hard at his forehead. "So, I see you've made it? I have a new pack member... She's not here yet, though. But she will be, I soppose. So, shall we begin the little swimming session?" she asked, narrowing her orbs and raising an invisible brow. She grinned, and glanced around behind him. Where was Erzulie? She let loose a deep but content sigh, banner waving back and fourth slowly behind her bulky frame. It was extra large because of her thick winter coat.

He smirked and lifted his head in greeting then lowered it in respect since now he was on her terrain. " Yes, Kaze, I have made it. And congradulations on your new pack member. I have an new ally, who might convert into a pack member. And still in search for pack members. But Impatients is a down fall, so I sit comfortably and wait for members." He smiled and wagged his own bleached tail. Black lining of his lips revealed as he gave a slight yip. The yip sent the message of, "You bet I'm ready to swim." And he jumped in place and trotted a bit. Then looked to her. " Where is the body of water you would like to swim in?" He turned his strong face to her, staring at her forehead and waiting for an answer.

Kaze continued to stare at Crucified's forehead, grinning. "Excellent... The water is just to the north, but then to the east a bit. Let's go." she stated, nodding her dial before standing to pick up a powerful trot. Her shoulder was nearly healed all the way now so she had no trouble. Soon they came to the pool of liquid and she slowed to a halt. A sheet of ice had frozen over the surface. She lowered her dial down to sniff at it before stepping lightly onto it. Her large amount of weight with a bit of digging should work to break through. "We'll have to get through and make a small open area of no ice." she said quickly before hopping and then scraping furiously at the frozen water. Her big claws, even with how dull they were, slashed out rapidly and with repeated strokes. She had come from generations of powerful wolves, and she was one of the many that never gave up. Even with how little she was going the ice slowly slipped away.

He smirked then turned his dial as she made her way away from him. He needed a work out more now than ever before. His pace picked up and he began his trot behind Kaze. orbs took in her land, it was very beautiful, bu he liked the woods, a place to hide. " You're land is very gourgeous" He smiled and said nothing more, not expecting a responce from her.

When they got the the water, he shivered. It looked really, really cold. Holding a breath he watched her dig in the ice, breaking it through. Heaving a sigh he walked out and began to help, scratching and pushing his weight against the ice, breaking it in.

- On The Cross -

I couldn't help but glance at her every once in a while. She had something different about her. I shook my head and began to pounce around, chrushing the ice. Until I hit some thick ice, The little brat.. I pounced and pounce.... Paused. Then lept full body wieght on it... Bad idea. The ice gave out easily from beneath me and I fell in the fridgid cold water, It stung my skin like a thousand teeth. I held my breath as some trickles danced up then fell over my head. "GAH!" I screamed as stinging paws fought to get back on the ice. " Oh my god it's cold!" I whinned, I didn't mean to, but damn it was cold. Clinging onto some ice with my front paws I tried to breath, looking back to Kaze. I expected a pathetic look from her, I felt really pathetic. Jeeze...

Finally when I caught my breath and my vision cleared, I swam back to the shore. Heaving my body out and shaking the water off as much as I could. Hind quarters shrunk in as my tail found its way between my legs. My shoulder hunched as my head went down, I shivered as a strong gust of wind passed me. I could feel the water freezing on my fur.

Trembling from the cold I had to ask. " D-Do you th-think, it's a g-good idea........" I bit my lip and closed my eyes, trying to push the pain of frost away. " T-to swim in the c-c-cold?" I gave a smile, that quickly faded, wondering... I must look horrible.....

Kaze

Kaze watched him, actually quite uncaring. Simple mistakes like that actually didn't bother her. Could have happened to anyone. Even Kaze herself. Luckily she had jumped away just in time to avoid the breaking of the ice. She observed his shaking form, a brow slightly raised. He looked much like a drowned rat. Perhaps they actually shouldn't swim. It seemed awfully cold. Now wasn't the time now. "I guess we shouldn't swim, then. Too cold." she stated, looking around the area with a blank expression. "So, what do you suggest now?" she asked, a bit of stubborness in her strong voice. Her shoulder was almost completely healed now anyway. She didn't need this exersize as much anymore. "Or, we can just forget about this and go to the den so you can get warmed up. Your call." she stated, waiting for his answer.

He paused at how she became more cold in personality. He shook in the cold then let his body fling the water off. Straightening up he walked a bit to her. Every step a little stiffer than the last. " I don't suggest anything," He smirked at her healed leg. " The warm ups were for your leg, and it is healed now. Does it feel alright?" He questioned. Standing stark stiff with the wind blowing. Pale eyes staring at the fea's forehead.
