Tornado & Peregrine

Tornado had puzzled over the howlings of a pack nearby, swearing he heard his father's voice among them. There had been no time lately to check this out, so he put it completely out of mind. While the alpha lay resting by a creek, worrying over his mate and daughter, he caught sound of a long familiar sound; one which he never dared hope to hear free again. It was his father, seeking permition to enter his terra! Tornado stood and howled in earnest, eagerly baying his father to come to him.

It didn't take long for the large, once-time alpha to come sprinting over the ground. He halted infront of his son and both tails were waving frantically. "Tornado, it's been so long!" Peregrine stated, looking with awe upon his alpha son. "This seems like a wonderful pack you have. I'm proud."

Tornado couldn't help but smile. His whole body was vibrant with the joy of seeing his father free once more. "I was certain I heard your voice! How did you escape?" he questioned. Peregrine explained at length how the escape went about, and of the leopards and Kira. Tornado's smile faded just slightly, but the change wasn't noticed by his father. Tornado wondered what had ever become of his mother and sister.

For a long time to two talked, telling of the times that past since they last saw each other. Peregrine learned with much heartache about his other son, Twister, who alas, had been alive when all thought he was dead. A deep, unshakable dread and guilt hung over Peregrine because of this, but he didn't let it show much. Now Tornado howled out for the rest of the pack to come meet his father.

Verita

Black vix approached.....

Kivo

The pit bull sauntered over, tail waving merrily at the sight of his pack members. His head and floppy ears were held low as he approached the three. He was an adult now, althought he still retained much of his adolescent attitude. "Hiya, I'm Kivo." he piped up, looking towards Peregrine.

Tornado, Vivek, & Peregrine

Vivek came bounding over soon, following Kivo. He skidded to a stop near his father and looked up at Peregrine, sniffing at the familiar scent. "Uh, hi." he spoke up uncertainly.

Tornado smiled broadly, nodding a greeting to those who showed up. He was worried about the others whom didn't appear though. "This is Peregrine, my father," he told Verita and Kivo, then looked to Vivek, "and your grandpa." Then he looked to his father, "This is Verita, Kivo, and Vivek." he introduced. "There are others still; Aliyyah and Lily I've told you of, Winters Night, Maverick, Tahirah, Neva, Warrior... and, ah there he is. Nightcrawler." Tornado explained, hearing the shy wolf's howl from Pike's Lake.

"It's nice to meet you all." Peregrine complimented. "It is a welcome surprise to finally meet my grandson as well. And hopefully I will soon meet my grandaughter." Vivek got shy and ducked behind his father, smiling bashfully. Peregrine looked to his son then, "My alphas want to seek an alliance with your pack. When you have time, meet at their boarder."

Tornado looked off into the distance, "We will do that soon."
