Taiya & Others

The sun sank deep in the western horizon by the time Blue sniffed out the trail leading to the new territory. The she-wolf jogged across the marked lines left by Crucifix, following the waft of scents that took them to the heart of the territory. She brought along with her Whiteout and the wolfdog Krush, along with their discovered goodies from the human at the dump.

Taiya hears the gentle rumble of paws on the ground from the approaching trio. After laying in the grass for a short, late-afternoon nap, Taiya springs to her paws with a thrashing tail. "Hey! You made it back!" Taiya announces warmly. She bounds forward to greet Blue, peering past at the two unfamiliar canines in tow. "That must be your brother and your other friend!"

Whiteout stands back, dropping the donuts from his jaws. "I'm Whiteout...and this is Krush," he introduces, pointing his nose at the wolfdog when he says his name.

Krush

Krush had never quite been this far north of the Valley, and had not there been two wolves leading him along, and a mouthful of donuts with a destination to reach, he would have spent hours investigating all the new sites and smells along the way. The blue-eyed hybrid put his curiosity on hold though, and dutifully kept pace with the siblings as they passed out of the tall grasses of the Prairie and entered entered uncharted territory.

A black form eventually pops up from the grass as they travel through the meadows, putting a notion of caution in Krush. He did not want another thrashing, and was quite ready to drop to the ground and flash the creamy-white belly fur of surrender if it came to it. A quick-wagging tail eased the brief concern in Krush, and soon had his own banner swaying furiously back and forth. The brute was wise enough to paste his ears back and lower his head as he dropped the collection of donuts, "Hiya!"

Crucifix

Crucifix would take anyone into his pack if they didn't show any threat to his family, including other species. He followed Taiya to greet the others. His nose wrinkling at the site of human food. He shook his head ignoring it as he much prefered animal as food. I am Crucifix and this is my mate Taiya, you found the place alright I seehe said.

Taiya & Others

Taiya's eyes lighten at the submissive form of Krush, and the polite demeanor radiating from Whiteout, and even previously-met Blue. They're rag-tag band was growing in numbers, and aspect that made Taiya's heart leap with joy. Pretty soon, Black's children would have little cousins to run around with. The black she-wolf bounds forward, not hesitating to touch noses with both Whiteout and Krush in a greeting. Unlike her mate, Taiya gazes down at Krush and Whiteout's sugary finds and wags her tail. "I've rummaged through a trash can or two in my life," Taiya explains with a warm tone. She reaches down without hesitation to grab a donut. "Humans are...exquisite with their meals." She takes a bite of her donut before turning to jog back over to Crucifix's side. Her tail lashes as she tries to offer the last bite of donut to him. "Humor me," she chuckles, "Try it. I promise it won't kill you."

Whiteout remains close to Krush, his shoulder nearly brushing up against the wolfdog's own. In a way, Whiteout inherited the role of guarding his new friend. After introductions are made, Whiteout turns to Krush. "Have you ever had a pack?" He asks Krush. The wolfdog seems like a capable loner, and Whiteout can tell by his demeanor that this is a rather new scene for him.

Krush

Krush merrily extends his neck, reaching forward to brush noses with the alphess of the land. Eyes dart across to Crucifix to gauge the dark coated brute next, whom Krush quickly decides not to approach just yet with a friendly nose-touch. Instead, he lets his waving tail be a reflection of his good intentions. And, perhaps, his front paws as they prance a few times to see Taiya grab one of the donuts they'd brought back for the pack. "Yeah! These are sweeter than any berries or honey you'll ever come across."

Staying planted where he was, Krush was thankful for the support of Whiteout throughout his entire encounter with the small family, especially following the harsh run-in with the pup's mother earlier. And though the blood on his face had since dried, the hybrid was keen on sparing himself further harm should Blackened show up again to deliver her wrath. "Well, sort of." His thoughts and attention shifted quickly to White, "When I was younger, we lived in the Alleys. But I struck out on my own once I was old enough."

Crucifix

Crucifix watched them content and happy to let just about anyone join. HE wanted his pack big again and then frowned at Taiya.Im sorry I prefer meatHe said to his mate his nose wrinkling at the smell and site of the donut. He glanced at Krush.perhaps sweeter but we don't even eat Berries and Honey. We eat Deer and other prety animals here. I suppose we'll have to teach you how to hunt?Which was fine with him.
