Black Plaque

Black plaque snorted at his rebuke and others. She knew respect but this male did not deserve it. She kept her tail up and moving side to side aiming to hit him in the face as hard as a tail could just to agitate him.

Devil May Cry

Devil growled softly and aimed his sharp fangs to catch the agitating tail as Black Plaque whipped it in his direction. Bad move, sweetie. Don't aim it at me unless it has deadly spikes. His ears still pinned flat, flaked eyes take in her stubborn resistence and sneer. Oh my, your strong will jsut makes you all the more pretty, my dear. Flicking his tail, he held his head high as they crossed the border lands into his domain and he instantly gained strength from its familiarity. Grinning, he backed off from the femme upon having her here, his frame still blocking the escape in case she sought to run now that she was here. Blood red flaked pools watched her with greedy satisfaction of his first "recruit." Ah, but you'll do nicely. Respect is only so much deserving as asking for it and belive me, I'm determined to ask for it till you give it and I'll stop at no less, my dear.

Black Plaque

She growled at him and spun around to face him. Her tail flicking side to side. This male just messed with the wrong family. If crucifix didn't come for her she knew Her nephew Doteni would. She bared her fangs. You really have messed with the wrong wolf. I have plenty of family all around that will come for me!She snarled.

Devil May Cry

Devil chuckled again at Plaque's determination that her family would come to "save her" when in fact she may just be bringing on their own demise right before her eyes. Licking his lips hungrily at the thought of ripping yet another throat from some poor sap's neck, he bared his own fangs in a grin and growled in return.
Believe what you will, my pretty. If they come, they come. I will gladly take them in with open jaws..I mean arms. Your threats mean nothing to me so do us all a favor and hush your trp before I gladly rip your tongue out. You won't be needing it for your purpose here.
He grinned at the thought, letting his greedy eyes and swaying tail tell their own tale to the female about the meaning behind his song.

Black Plaque

She snorted at his words and could barely stop herself from laughing. One again over a 100 canines, felines equines and an array of others yah im sure you'll rip their throats outShe spoke. More like the other way aroundShe snorted.

Devil May Cry

As the female laughed, Devil decided he hated the sound and drew a paw of sharp claws out, swiping it at her face to slap/scratch the bitch. She would submit whether her family came or not and it was about time she knew this was no game and he was no playing. A deep snarl echoed.
Then let it be as it is. I will not surrender you. If they come, they come. I will deal with them. They are no longer your concern, wench. You are testing my patience.
His hackles raised slightly. He would not attack her for it went against his grain but he wouold not hesitate to bruise the wolfess till she learned her place.

Black Plaque

As Far as black was concerned her place would always be above this foul beast and she snorted.Death wish shame for youShe growled and then turned her face with the paw. His claws cut her cheek causing it to bleed a little. She glared at him.You won't get nothing by having me here DevilShe growled her tail swaying side o side. She knew her brother was gathering the forces she just didn't know how long that would take...

Devil May Cry

As his claws made her skin bleed, Devil sneered in satisfaction, bring the paw to his mouth as he licked it off greedily. His dark eyes never leaving hers, Devil showed no fear whatsoever at her words, simply sitting down to watch her with interest. She was his captive and she would stay, he didn't care how many animals he had to take out.

Black Plaque

She knew she wouldn't be here too long. Her brother would come for her. She was currently what held him from going insane. Sure she didn't agree with her brothers ways. He wanted to rule the valley and he was quiet vicious towards most and she hated that but she needed to be there for him. She sat down. She brought her paw up and began to clean her face. Though she kept an ear on him. She would get free one way or another.

Devil May Cry

Pearly whites revealed in a sarcastic grin to the duchess, liking better her silence. Devil demanded her respect and he didn't intend to stay here and wait for the pack. No, he would continue searching for other lupines worthy to join his pack. But he would do it closer to home, for this pretty little treasure would not leave while he was in charge.

Tympaneries of lucid tone stayed pinned against their master as visionaries took on a more approachable gaze. Whipcord of black silk swished silently behind his predator corpse as Devil looked at the femme like for the first time. She was a beauty, that she was. He could dominate this one, in time. And by golly, he had all the time in the world. Narrowing his orbs slightly, he sent his vocals at the duchess.

Why do you want to leave so bad? Is your pack so great that you would stay with them forever? You could have everything with me, if you would cooperate. You could be a leader, instead of coleader. You could strike fear into the hearts of beast and prey everywhere. No one would overcome you. No one would go against your word. If they did, I'd have their head. So tell me, why do you resist me? Am I that disgusting? Do I make you wrinkle your nose? You could be a queen yet you deny it. There is potential. You just have to embrace it.

Uads of death kissed hue pricked slightly toward the duchess, pendulums not moving either forward or back. Looking at this girl, Devil was truthful inhis evaluation and knew his reason for chosingher in the first place was correct. She deserved this chance. She could be so much more but she held back her true evil and leadership skills she left untouched with spiderwebs. He wished there was some way to get through to her, some way to make her see instead of the violence. He wanted her by his side willingly. She wasn't a spirit to be broken. She was a spirit to embrace and unleash her fury on others. Lit up occulars continued to watch Plaque for something, anything, to say she'd at least heard what he had to say.

Black Plaque

Black plaque ears twitched at his words. In ways she would love to be the alpha but not the way he wanted it. No he was cruel and she was not. She already lived with a cruel wolf her own brother who sought to take over the valley and she honestly didn't like that but she was loyal to him. Oh she heard his words but she made no indication of it right now. Plus if she took him up on his offer and joined him at his side that would mean given up on Ghoul and she wasn't sure she wanted to give up on him. She liked him and he was the first to even talk to her besides her brother and pack members. Her tail flicked soon as if to say she heard him but she didn't speak anything to it.She let out a yawn showing her white teeth.

Devil May Cry

Hopes slightly peaked as Plaque made no reply, but nor did she show anger at his words. She was listening. Acoustics of night pricked slightly toward her as sun kissed visions remained focused on the brutale. He had respect for the femme. Her nerve was intrigueing and her spirit untamed. It befitted his harem and himself perfectly. She didn't know yet that they were two puzzle, joining slowly together whether she fought it or not. Her personality was too complete, too rogue. She could not be controlled by other leaders forever. She would be free. He was offering her that answer, if only she'd take it.

Letting the silence drag on a little longer, Devil let her sit with her thoughts. He wondered vaguely at what held her to this pack. Her brother, she had said. She seemed burdened with the responsibility of him, whether she knew it or not. She was his advisor, but not many alphas will take advising for long. She was his anchor, it sounded more like. But could she live with that? With just being someone else's hold on reality while they claimed all the power and fame? It shouldn't be like that, it shouldn't have to.

Maybe another held her there, he wondered. Another male pulling at her heart strings. Noticing the first small signs of jealousy rising in him, he quickly pushed it back down. No, I wouldn't say he was falling for the femme, he was merely an admirer for now. She had been alone in the prairie, this other not with her. She had seemed ok like that. So aparently they weren't mates yet, or she would yearn for him in his absense. So there was still hope for Devil.

He didn't want to force her. He wouldn't say he hated being harsh, that was too enjoyable, it was more the fact every time he drew blood or a yelp from the fatale, he felt like he was destroying a beautiful painting. Something so foreign and majestic, it should just be looked at, not touched. He just couldn't help his desire to have her. To say she was in his pack.

He remembered her resentment resting so obvious in her pools and wondered at it. She seemed not to like his approach whereas other fems already set on the path of evil would probably be just short of aroused by his nips and growls. She was still in the crossroads, determined to be of the good when her subconscious stubbornly pointed to the dark path. He saw this and hoped to make her see too.

Black Plaque

Black plaque knew he was thinking of things. Sure she was stuck in between good and evil but thats because she stayed with Crucifix. She shook her head and looked towards her home or well the direction it was in. Ghoul what will she do. She wants him badly but his pack says no mates. Her tail flicked as she was now thinking of him

Devil May Cry

Devil watched Plaque thoughtfully, wondering what thoughts held her so composed and silent. Something deep inside him hoped it was not the other wolf, if there was one. Noticing her look in the direction of the exit, or her home, he let a soft sigh escape his mug. He was about to start thinking about admitting defeat with this girl and let her on her way. Maybe she didn't want the alpha position like he knew she could be so good at. She didn't have the faithin herself, and for this he damned everybody who had ever put her down to thinking she didn't deserve it.

Watching her tail flick, Devil flicked his own in response, frustrated at the way things had gone. He had meant to simply persuade her she'd like it here and parade her in like the queen she was. Then his selfish need to have her whether she liked it or not overcame him, making him get her here however means possible. Now he almost regretted it.

Devil knew she could just look around her and see the potential beauty of this place. Just what a land it could be with both of them on the throne. They could rule the lands. He couldn't help his harsh nature. He had embraced his dark side, while she still fought hers. He desired to release that venom she held within and let her thrive in it. He could see now the flash of anger she had given him upon his first nip and it almost gave him chill bumps, if he could get them. Yes, she definitely could do alot of damage if she wanted to. If she turned away from the weaker version of herself to the queen of darkness within. Her fierceness called to Devil in way no others' had before. How could he let such potential go to waste?

Black Plaque

Black may of gone willingly with this brute if she got a final answer from ghoul but she never got a chance to ask him. Hell if Ghoul would leave Rayne she would leave with him to start their own park but she knew the older male wouldn't leave rayne but she still needed to ask him. If she got a no she probably would come back here but only if crucifix and Devil were allied she would never go against her brother.

Devil May Cry

Devil looked down at his own paws in thought, wondering whether he should just give it up for lost and let Plaque go. His dignity told him no, of course. He had claimed her fair and square, and so far none had come to claim her back. didn't that make her rightfully his? Yet he looked into her troubled eyes and saw only uncertainty and frsutration. That's not what he wanted in his alpha female. He wanted confidence and loyalty to him and the pack.

He knew he would not find it in Black Plaque, at least not now. He'd have to wait till she found her true self and embraced her darkness. Until then she was but an unhappy prisoner, and while other alpha males may find amusement in that, Devil did not. He wanted the fiesty growling killer back, but looking at her, he knew she would not be like that now. She was too deep in thought and almost seemed to be mourning something, possibly a desire left undone.

Sighing again, he rose to his feet and approached her, bowing his head in aquiesence as he let forth his vocalization.

I do not wish to keep you here my prisoner. You may return at any time when you wish to embrace your potential and leave the uncertainty behind. Until then, do not return.

His head lifting in closure, Devil gave one last look to Black Plaque's beautiful silhouette before he turned his tail on her and walked off into the shadows and disappeared.

Black Plaque

Black plaque stared at him and her fur bristled when he came closer. She listened to him and then watched him waiting and then she bolted. Maybe she would return but not till she talked with ghoul...
