*FLOOD*

The sky was getting darker and darker. A cold front was coming. It didn't start slowly. Rain poured down just in an instant, filling the ravines.

In a matter of minutes, the lake was overflowing, flooding the plains around it. It was nearly a foot deep in just a few long moments and was rising quickly.

Sasha; Others

Sasha sensed the storm long before it hit. She knew, like the others here probably did, that this was going to be a big one. Her eyes widened when she saw the surging water. "Flood! Get to the mountains! Get to safety!" She barked out to her friends, herding the fawns to higher ground.

"Follow me! And stay together!" Everest bugled, waiting for the herd to gather.

Rosco watched on in awe and fear. He wasn't prepared for this. "Flood?!" He cried out, his heart pounding. In the heat of the moment, he had forgotten what his mother had taught him. Don't panic, stay strong, be brave. Take a deep breath and you will think clearly. He took a deep breath, feeling the calm rush over him. "Follow Everest!" He ordered, darting around to make sure everybody was safe and that they were all getting to higher ground.

A few assorted deer gathered around Everest, waiting for him and any others to lead them to safety.

Chido

He listened but wasn't exactly following everest more like helping lead them the way. He had been to the mountains so knew easy ways there.

Sassy and the others followed.
