Galliant.

The large ebony stallion galloped to the territory borders, limbs bringing his powerful body to a halt. His pelt was wet with water and gleamed brightly in the sunlight and his mane and tail clung to his body in places, though he was beginning to dry off. It was a pretty warm day with few clouds, after all. Just enough to comfortably dry him so he wasn't left with a chill.
Tossing his mane for a moment, he released a loud ringing neigh into the unknown land. His intentions were simple and not the most important, but a must for a valley such as this.

So there he stood, his dark eyes gazing out across the land. His nares flared, bringing in deep breaths of precious oxygen as he also scented some new animals. The territory smelled strongly of a wafting deer oder. After a few seconds of watching and waiting, he turned his head to Malibu, whom was hopefully next to him, and nodded with a smile. "Now we wait," he stated, flicking his damp tail behind him against his flanks.

Sasha/Everest

Sasha was just about to head to War Song's territory when she heard the stallion. She quickly turned around and trotted to him. "Good day, stallion. I am Sasha, lead hind of this territory." She said politely. "What is your name, and what brings you here?"

Everest looked at Sasha. "If you'd like, I can fetch your friend." He offered. Sasha nodded to him. "Keep going that way, and stop when you reach the Sonnet Forest." She explained. The stag bowed and raced off.

Malibu

Her chest rose and fel, keeping up with Galliant on the way there. Her banner softly floated after her, rippling whnever a breeze came. Audits swiveled, listning to the deer intently. She'd never talked to deer. they were interesting little creatures. She sighlently listened. She'd go when he went, or stay, exct. Her orabs lookedover to Galliant questionably.

Galliant.

Galliant stood there silently, giving Malibu a small grin as they waited. Soon enough, his dark eyes caught the sight of an oncoming deer. This one a doe, whom he guessed was a lead around here.
Once she was finished speaking, he lowered his front end slightly in a bow, then rose to full height again. "I am Galliant of the Parnassian Meadows, and this is Malibu," he began, giving the mare standing by him a nod. His velvety nares flared to take in the new scent of Sasha, storing them in memory. "We've come to request an alliance with you and your herd." he finished, auds pricking to catch the returning words from the doe. All the while he would look to Malibu for a moment, glad she had decided to come with him.

Sasha

Sasha was sure these two could be trusted, but she was not sure if they had already allied themselves with others. "Do you have any friends or enemies I should know about?" She asked politely, looking up at the massive creatures.

Galliant.

Galliant was glad the doe seemed to be readily accepting to them. He wanted all the allies he could get, that weren't preditor or other horse herds unless he really knew the stallion. The last thing he needed was to be allied with another stallion, and possibly run into some troubles with it.
In return to her words, he automatically took a second to think, and only a second assuming how he was pretty new to the valley and didn't have allies or enemies. So he took this oppertunity to clarify it. "No, I am fairly new to the valley and only have my herd, no enemies," he answered, bobbing his elegant dial as he said it. He wanted the herd as allies, for not only did he enjoy having some friends around, but allies were a must. Just as sure as Sasha, he felt he could mark the doe as trustworthy. That was always a plus.

Sasha

Sasha nodded in agreement. "Very well. You are now our allies, and we are now yours." She stated intelligently. "But I must tell you of our enemies, so you can be on the lookout. The Shadow Haunters. They want to take over the valley. Recently, they took a herd of deer captive. We are about to save them, and I would like to ask if you want to join us on this mission."
