War Song

The coloress stallion pillars carried him in. He
snorted before he called out for the
lead. This was a big herd and he
wished for some answers, and there
time.

War Song stopped moving his pillars
another call escaped his barrel, he
snorted and waited for the lead. His
home was silent expect for his neigh
and white.

Nhosh

It wasn't long before the lead showed up; a red deer stag with a thick brown ruff and pale-cinnamon-brown coat. Although he normally had a fine, if not odd, set of antlers crowning his head, Nhosh had none right now. He had shed them for the winter, which made him feel more vulnerable.

The red stag made his approach towards War Song, holding his head high and showing off his shaggy main; which probably wouldn't mean a thing to the stallion. "What is your business here?" Nhosh demanded. He was uncertain of what to make of this horse, who was twice his weight.
