*Scent*

The strong scent of bear once again invades the den site, but the scent tells that the bear isn't all too close to the den. The scent is coming from the North East... the bear may or may not be a threat. But if she picks up on the scent of new pups, she will try to make a meal of them.

Kana

The new mother, and also she-alpha of The Avalanch Grove TT had been outside of her den, watching for any danger when she detected the strong scent of a bear on the wind. She started to panic, what if the bear found her and her pups?! She howled hurriedly for her mate, Dark Star. She needed him and the rest of the pack to help her if the bear found them. Another thought struck her mind, she guessed that they where going to have to tell the pack about the new pups, so much for the big suprise. She thought glumly. She glanced back into the den, counting all five of her sleeping darlings, then she turned her attention back outside, watching for her pack and the bear.

*Bear*

The bear had heard Kana's howl and waited for a moment. After not hearing any responding howls, she knew the mother wolf was alone at the den. And that would mean easy food for her. The massive creature began to lumber towards the den... if Kana didn't get out before the bear got there, she'd be trapped inside and easily killed by the sow.

Kana

Kana scented that the bear was closer and a frinzy of panic shot threw her. Darting into the den she began to pick her pups up quickly, moving them to the Central Packlands. Coming back for her finale babe she picked Roselin up by the scuff and darted out..
