Ataneq was here to visit his brother. they had been seperated a long, long time ago. Kapu had been captured by white men with long guns. they had darted Kapu and Raw Bones, the omega of the pack. immediately, Ataneq had left the pack to find his lost brother. it was a year later, and Ataneq has caught a whiff of Kapu's scent - two days before he heard his brother's deep howl. Ataneq had smiled to himself. Kapu's voice was nothing like his howl. he had a medium voice... normal, if you could call it that. so did Ataneq. but Ataneq's howl was higher, much higher. 
Ataneq shook that out of his mind and stood at the border of the territory. he sniffed it extra hard to be sure that this was his brother. then he thrust his muzzle skywards and howled his excited, happy song. Kapu was here! not only that, but he was alpha! Ataneq was very happy for his older brother. 
the regal black Ataneq wasn't going to stay here. he was simply stopping by to visit his brother and ask him if he could inform Ataneq of any packs with a female searching for an alpha male. he was eager to rule his own pack and live up to his name. "Ataneq" meant "king." at this thought, the proud wolf lifted his head and tail higher and puffed out his chest a bit more. he was postured regally as he waited for somebody to answer his call.

if you can't tell, I'll be terribly offended... but I'm a male. kinda obivous, isn't it?
this might not be as clear, so I'll tell you this. my breed is 1/4 Arctic wolf, 1/4 timber wolf, 2/4 unknown (wolf)
my age is also harder to tell, so you'll get this as well. I've been living for 4 years.
what, you haven't noticed? foolish, foolish... my relatives are Kapu and Sweet Fur.
I'm almost a twin of my young brother Kapu. almost. here's what I look like: Ataneq is a handsome wolf. he is HUGE around 200 lbs, probably even a little more! he stands about 34" or 35" at the shoulder. Ataneq's fur is a beautiful black. that's it. he's pure, coal black with not even one white or silver hair on his chest or belly.
Ataneq's eyes are pure golden, and always reveal his emotions. his paws are big, his face very expressive. Ataneq has a long back, long legs, and a medium-length muzzle. his fur is thick and rough.
my personality... a little deep, but I'll tell ya. most say I'm like this: Ataneq is a dominant wolf. he's not exactly aggressive, but he MUST be alpha. either that or loner. Ataneq is a ladies' man, and a total charmer. he's not a backstabber, though, and he won't go off impregnating females when he has his own mate. Ataneq is a regularly kind wolf, but if he is disrespected by any subordinate - or anybody at al, mind you - watch out or you'll have to face his wrath. Ataneq's not a bit touchy, but he really bursts off when angry. and if anybody hurts of threatens his pals or loved ones, then they'll have to watch out or next thing they know, Ataneq will have buried their dead bodies. extremely protective, Ataneq is loyal and always has his "homies'" backs. and despite all this, he's unbelievably wise. if you ever need advice, you might find him hanging around a lake, catching fish (Ataneq loves fish, and he loves to swim.) and chilling out. but he'll only help if you give him a favor in return. a small one, unless you're willing to help get him out of a tight spot some day. otherwise, tough luck!
