White Noise

the large timber pulled the large meat from the cow he had slaughtered in the pastures. He hoped he was winning the trust of Umay. She did something for him that no other female huntress had done and he could not place hs paw on it. Lone howl escaped maw as he waited for the pack to come and eat for he already had.

Lady

Lady walked up to her pack mate. "Hello." she said smiling she looks around wondering were everyone was.

Umay

The howl and scent of new blood caught her attention quickly, making her realize just how hungry she was! As she approached the scene, Umay let her ruff expand slightly, although she showed no ill-intention to either wolf. Infact, she cast a friendly, grateful look to White Noise. "What a fine catch." the alphess commented, "Our pack will grow strong with such a good hunter to aid us." Umay sniffed at the cow first, with warning of her father flashing through her mind. She knew this was human's 'property' and they could do alot of bad things... but she felt all was safe now. No posion scents, no sound of approaching humans. Hungrily, Umay set into the meal, growling happily.

Her eyes shifted towards Lady a moment with a faint pang of jealously and an urge to chase her from the meal until she was done eating. A jealously for White Noise's attention, although Umay hardly realized that herself. Despite these faint urges, Umay didn't object to Lady eating with her, and she certainly wasn't going to force the catcher of the meal to wait!

Lady

Lady sat still waiting for Umay to finnish she new her place in the pack. alphas ate first that lesson was taught to her early in life. she looked around her as she waited.

White Noise

the black tyrant quickly lowered his crown as the alpha moved into view. As she began to eat he had great pride at her comment. Something he had never before had. He had always been the beast hunter in his old pack. The old pack the reason he had come to this place to get revenge upon the beast that had left him there alone adn unprotected. Shoving that from his matter he saw Umay's glance upon him and he looked her in the eyes for the frist time since he came here something one should not do to an alpha. Yet when his gaze met hers he could not pull away.

Umay

Two thoughts came to mind when his gaze met hers. One was to snarl and demand respect and subordination for the act. A more prevailing feeling, however, held back that faint instinct. Her light eyes stared straight back and held no displeasure. The soft, yearning look in her eyes showed they held him as an equal to her. She knew it now; she had fallen for him and didn't have it in her to repremand his actions. She wanted him to be an equal to her, but at the same time she had no idea what was going on in his mind.

Umay quickly finished eating and let her growiling subside. A slightly relaxed posture told Lady she was welcome to eat now.

Lady

She waited when she was allowed she took her share of the meat then backed off. "thank you White Fang." she said sweetly scampering off to leave them alone

White Noise

The onyx hunter let hs yellow gaze drop to the meat before him. Having eaten after killed the heafer he was full. He had caught the yearning in the huntress gaze and though it reflected within his he thought abou this brother and suddenly the hate for the beast had lessened and it didn't bother him. He looked back to Umay this time letting his gaze drift over her then settling again at her feet. His sonars caught the quick think you and then the patter of paws as she scampered away. Maw parted.

Moving slightly he flinched from the bruised ribs and many cuts he had gotten to kill the cow they had eatened.

Umay

She smiled lightly at the response, then tilted her head in a concerned, quizical manner. "Are you hurt?" Umay had caught the flinch he had made and it brought some worry to her. With such a small pack right now, she knew injuries were more serious.

White Noise

the yellow gems of the hunter carried the tell tell signs of pain, but he had survived far more. Maw smiled again to her.

|I will be fine just a few bruises. The cattle were determined to save the calf|

Umay

She smiled sweetly at hearing this. She longed to go with him on the next hunt, but she didn't voice her thoughts yet, "I'm glad you are alright then... oh, what's that?" The alpha perked her gaze and stood taller, catching scent of something. "A stranger is here, I will be back." Umay hurried off to confront yet another wolf in her lands.
