The gray and white beast came into the land with his head low. He had been on a search for the dear Aylen but unfortunately could not find her anywhere. She was the only wolf he had confessed his love to. And now she was gone.

Slowly, he made his way to a tree and lay down. Closing his eyes and whimpering to himself softly.

The daughter of Dove and Vicious watched Absolute from a distance before walking closer. Her head was low, but her tail was wagging. "What's wrong?" She asked in her squeaky puppy voice.

Absolute looked up with dark browns to the pup who had approached him. His body's glow illuminating him seemed to lessen his own sadness. "My love has run away. I can not find her anywhere..." He spoke gently to the pup. Looking to her for a moment then away. He was her half brother, yet neither of them would know that until he cursed his fathers name ones again.

Sin was eagerly watching a rabbit in the distance when he heard his sister speak with the wolf. He growled and waddled up with his chest puffed out. "Silence, who is this?" He snarled, protecting his younger sister.

The brown satin wolf looked up to the male wolf and shook his head. "My name is Absolute, what is your name?" Sin growled, hissing under his breath. "That is something you need not to know."

Silence sat down when Absolute spoke. "I'm sure you'll find her again." She said softly. It was then that she heard her brother's voice. "He..." She began, but was cut off by the older male. She looked at her brother with a puzzled look on her face. "I don't think we should be afraid of him. There's no way to know if he's a bad guy or not."

"Listen to your sister, she is wise." Came a voice behind Sin. The white wolf made his way across to the three wolves, young and old alike. "However," he grinned, "Absolute is not one to be feared for he is a part of this pack. He has been for a while now. My name is Jagged, son of Vestige and Lady."

The sound of voices and the smell of an old friend brought Taini to the scene. Now a year of age, she had finally grown to a more normal wolfly height, though she would always be the smallest of her siblings with the exception of Nukpana. With a light yip to let the others know she was coming, she used her fleet pads to come quickly towards them, smiling and giggling as she leapt over Absolute to land on the other side, bubbling over with laughter still. Well, hello! Missed you! And she gave him a nuzzle, smiling down at the pups. It's alright, he's a friend, and safe as can be.

Absolute smiled as the others began to approach him. Nodding his head in greeting, looking to Taini with a wag of his tail then giving a friendly nuzzle in return. "I'm sorry for my absence, I was sure I could find her. I guess not though." He shook his head and then looked up to Jagged. "How have things been going with the pack while I was away. I see I was gone longer than I thought I was." He pointed to the fact that Taini was now much larger than she was when he had left.

Sin grew quiet as the others began to speak of Absolute being a part of their pack. Though now he grew curious, "So you say you have been searching for someone huh? Maybe she left to join that other group." He snarled. Absolute glared at the young one. "I doubt she did, and if so then it was destined for my pain to be so much. But I hope she did not." He was quiet after the comment. He could only pray that she did not do such a horrible deed.

Dove gracefully strode away from the den, wagging her tail and holding her head high. She soon reached Silence and Sin. A pleasant smile was upon her face. "Have you made some new friends?" She asked her young children. Silence nodded. "Yeah! His name is Absolute." The pup looked at her brother. "Maybe we could play a game! All of us!" She yipped excitedly.

Taini smiled up at Dove before turning her attention back to Silence, batting at the pup in a cat-like fashion. It was not a pat meant to hit, just to entice play.

It was at this point that the alabaster beta femme came wandering in upon the scene, a vague and slightly disturbed smile on her face. Everywhere she went, it seemed... a black face playing in the shadows of the trees, peeking through the brush around her. She's gone, I know it! Gone, gone. But still, every time she turned, that glimpse of black. But she forced herself to look straight ahead, refusing to acknowledge that blur with the constant twitching of her head. Instead she strengthed her smile and came up silently beside Dove, watching.

Jagged smiled at all the others who joined the gathering, and when Absolute questioned him, he grinned. "I believe a better person to ask about recent events would be Liseli, I myself haven't been around too often." He replied, pointing his muzzle towards the beta female who was next to Dove.

Absolute gave a friendly smile to Dove as she strode up. Waging his tail in greeting then watching as the pups began to play. He was much to large to play with them but softly patted Taini's rump to push her down from her own play with Silence. After the simple gesture he smiled and looked up to Liseli as she made her way toward them. He saw discomfort in her motions but did not question them. "If I may ask, An update is all I would like. Since my absence what has happened?" He asked gently, trying not to provoke anything that would upset the pack.

Sin growled playfully at his sister, then wagged his tail to his mom. As Taini batted at Silence he moved around and began to nip at her hind foot. Which may be easier if she fell at the playful push of the adult.

Taini fell with a surprised Oof, grinning up at Absolute, about to hop on him, except... Sin's attack landed. With a grin, she happily switched targets, reaching around with her nose to poke the pup gently in the stomach. She as not a big wolf, but she was much bigger than Sin, and knew she had to be gentle. Liseli shook herself out of her reverie in time to hear Absolute's question, and she nodded as she began to recite. We have several new members, including Lunar, Soledad, and their pups. As you may have noticed, Dove's pups have arrived, and of course, the fight against Risen continues uninterrupted. At a pause, for the moment, yes, but steady. Dove's... problem... she would leave for the female to reveal, if she so chose. That was not Liseli's affair to tell.

The adult male nodded to the update. Then looked in the distance as others arrived. Standing up he shook off the dirt and sighed. Aylen... He thought to himself. Looking down to the playing pups on the ground. He smiled at their play then moved off slowly to meet the new members for he had never met them before, and since alarm was not set off, he assumed they were the Soledad and Lunar Liseli had spoken of.

Sin yipped and growled as the older wolf poked him. Then let go of his hold and pounced on her neck and shoulders. Bitting uselessly at her tougher skin with a gaping smile and a wagging tail.
