Vatonie

her stomach rumbled as she crouched in the grass and walks around slowly looking for something to eat....

*Badger*

A large badger wandered close by you. It is dragging one of its hind legs. The leg looks like it was damaged badly, and the badger cannot move very quickly...

Vatonie

she sees the badger and creeps up on it slowly. she pounces and attempts to bite its neck...

*Badger*

The badger doesn't notice you until it's too late. It tries to run just as you pounce, but you are able to catch it, and clamp your jaws around your neck. You easily break the badger's neck, killing it.

Vatonie

she quickly eats it so that no other animals try to steal it from the hungry femme. she lays down with a full belly and naps...

Jais

The brute had been walking through the prairie still, in search for his siblings, when the scent of another wolf caught his attention. Curiosity overcoming him again, Jais followed his nose until he spotted the napping wolfess. He didn't want to disturb her sleep, so he sat down and waited for her to wake up.

Vatonie

she wakes up smelling another wolf. she sits up and looks at him, "hello, I am Vatonie, you are?" she yawns...

Jais

"I'm Jais. Sorry if I disturbed your sleep... I was just making my way through the prairie when I found you." the white hued wolf watched Vatonie. He was trying to get his mind off his dying brother, and the loss of two other siblings and alphas.

Vatonie

"tis nothing, I was awakening before you came along" she smiled, "is there anyone I could help you find?"

Jais

He returned the smile, "I was searching for a brother and sister of mine, although I doubt I will find them. My other brother is really sick... I just wanted to find a friend."

Vatonie

"I will be your friend" she smiles "and if you want I can try to help you find you brother and sister"

Jais

"Thanks!" he says, waiving his tail, "Last time I saw my siblings was in the Emerald Pines territory." he looked off in that direction, "At their den site." he sprinted off in that direction, but looked back to see if his new friend was following.

she follows behind him...
