Syren

Syren, the young, silvern wolfess, made her way slowly through the tall grasses, enjoying their coolness gracing her pads. Crimson marked her maw, speaking that she had just killed. Indeed, the she-beast had just taken down a lamb within the sheep pasture and luckily, she left without a fight.

The fae found a nice spot, sinking down to rest casually on her haunches. Her belly was full, though she would have preferred to finish her meal.. seeing as she may not be blessed with another successful hunt for some time. The vixen brought a large, wolven paw to her muzzle, chewing at an annoying thorn wedged in there. After a few minutes, she dislodged it, and placed her pad on the earth once more.

Syren then proceeded to lick at her muzzle, ridding her sleek fur of the scarlet liquid. It was still warm and it tasted good. Freeing the majority of her fur of the blood, the wolfess layed down, resting her groomed maw on her paws. Slowly, her eyes shut in a slight doze, but Syren was ever on alert.

Rae

Rae padded up to the vixen, she made no sound but one might fell the slightly evil pressence that hung over her like a veil. It was rare for rae to have come out of the shadows that she haunted but she was felling a little more comfortable about being in a pack now. She knew the wolf could fell her pressence so she waited for her to awaken

Syren

Syren looked up, rather unenthusiastically. She was aware of Rae's approach and since the other wolfess did not attack when she had the chance, Syren knew she meant no harm for the time being. Syren looked at Rae, her form held normally, displaying a sense of equality. When not in her territory, Syren was respecful and just as good as every other wolf.

"Do you need something?" She said calmly. The choice of words seemed harsh, but Syren's tone was anything but. The vixen had a natural calmness to her voice, generally easing the emotions of those around her.

rae

"No I just thought we could talk" rae told the other vix. Rae had had a lonely life and really needed some one to talk to.

Syren

"Sure," the silver vixen said, voice calm still. "Did you have something on your mind?" Syren had not initiated the encounter, therefore it was only polite to allow Rae to share her mind first.

rae

"No" raven said to the fea.

Syren

"Hmm, well then, if you had nothing on your mind, what did you wish to talk about?" Implored the silvern vix, looking quizzically at Rae. "Or would any conversation suit you?"

Rae

"Any topic suites me" raven said.
