Danger and Co.

The Battle has ended, But the War has just begun.

An air of defeat loomed over Danger, Blazed, Vindari, and Dangerous Summer. Danger was shaking with anger, but his mind was at work, planning furiously of the next attack. Vindari was looking to her elder sister, Summer as they stopped. She slid under the closest bush to escape the harsh winds just as Summer flopped down beside to tend her wounds. Vindari, being the more fleet-footed of the group, had escaped with few wounds and aided her sister so that infection could not set in. "I will go and claim it as my own, if that one has not gotten to it yet. When they come, I will hide, make them think I've left.." She paused and imagined a sight so pleasing to her she grinned maliciously. "Then after I have begun to build a pack, we'll attack," Her tone was so merry, it was frightening enough that even Danger and Blazed looked over in sheer wonder. The moment passed quickly with the wind as it upped it's speed. Blazed leapt up to a rock to search for his life mate, Raven. His black form melted into the hulking form of the rock as night began to crawl in.

Fresca

The de-throwned alpha came sauntering in with her head held dejectedly low. It was bad enough to have been driven off from her cadre for the second time, but now Kasna was missing. He had been missing for quite some time actually, but if he did return to the Sedge Creek, what would happen? Fresca would search again for him later. She stopped near the others and waited for Ebony and Raven to return; she doubted any more pack members were still with her. Yet there was Aminita... she too was missing though. "Bad luck." Fresca murmured after a moment, handing her head still, "They've got many more allies now."

Raven

The black wolfess could be scene limping a couple of yards away. Her neck and muzzle where bloody, her shouler was covered in blood as well fromt he bullet wound she received from the plane. She looked up and saw her mate on the rock and managed a smile, but you could tell she was in pain.

Aminita

The young hybrid had been away from her pack for a long while. She was an adult now, but a young one still. After being attacked by her sister, she ran off and hid. Scent of Fresca came fresh to her. Aminita trailed after it until she came upon the group. Instantly her body lowered to the ground and her tail was tucked between her legs. With her ears pasted back, Aminita began to slink towards Fresca with her eyes downcast and her throat issuing plantive whimpers of submission and regret.

It's not Over Until we say it's over.

"I'll rip each of them apart, limb from limb." Vindari suddenly revived herself with torturous things she'd do, once, of course, everyone was okay and that more canines would be there to help them. With a viscous snarl, she stepped forward. Summer was in her path as soon as Vindari moved. "Where are you going?" Vindari slipped past her sister and called back, "I'll be back soon." She paused. "And I won't pick any fights." She added as an afterthought. Dangerous Summer glanced at her father who was looking quizzically back at her, and then looked back to Vindari, but she had already gone.

Blazed leapt down from his perch on the stone. His hind limb, torn by teeth and littered with bullet wounds, was searing with pain upon contact with the ground. An audible grunt replaced the worried whine for a moment. He hurried to his mate's side and proceeded to clean her wounds as best he could.

Danger, all the while, was watching in silence. Too many wounds. They couldn't last out here without a packland. His own wounds were hurting with a fierce intensity and he wondered if any were infected, especially the wounds around his neck from the humans. He turned to address Blazed and Raven. "I am going to the Woodland Farm and you are coming with." He glanced back at Fresca and studied the newcomer

Raven

Raven sighed and nuzzled her mate. Her shoulder ached and her neck stung. She listened to what Danger said and nodded, the needed to go, but she worried that the Shadow Lurkers might be there as well, she had hurt that stupid pup Ankh pretty bad.

Ebony Sky

She padded in after the others and stopped. She glanced to Fresca and walked over sitting by her she also wondered where Kansa was. The she saw Aminita and yipped a greeting to her glad she was safe. She glanced at Fresca. Shed go with everyoneto the woodland farm as well.

Fresca

She offered a smile to Ebony, very glad to see her. Slowly, the de-throwned alpha stood and gave a single nod to Danger. She was too exhausted and depressed to argue about it. Kasna was strong on her mind still, but she knew she was in no condition to go out searching for him. She hoped dearly he was not hurt somewhere. "Aminita, don't cower so. We are your pack." she assured the hybrid, smiling to her as well. Then she prepared to follow Danger.
