Orthen

Orthen walked throught the prairi the grass was tall and green and new baby shoots and seedlings were sprouting out every were. Spring was here and it was the time for baby's. This would be the time most animals gave birth. Her own stomach was round and buldging. Her eyes moved back and forth as she looked for a good denning site. Her mate probably wanted her to have her pups back in his pack lands. But with Silvertip there she didn't want to go near that place. She found a nice spot were the dirt was soft and mushy. She sniffed it and dug a little here and there. finally she moved on the spot was much to damp. She found an abandoned hole and decided it would be much better. It was a fox hole so she still had to dig just not as much. finally as the sun was setting she waddled in and laid down exaughsted by the work, and the weight of the pups.

Gold

Gold followed after his mate tail and head held high in alpha position. His tail was wagging showing how excited he was as he watched his mate fix up the fox den. The time was drawing nearer he thought with a grin. He waited not minding that she didn't want to give birth in his old home. It wasn't his home no more. Sure he would remain forever loyal to Shadow Haunters, but never to his brother. His betrayel had gone beyound the love of family. Nothing would make him forgive his brother, Silver Tip. So he attepted to help his mate dig out the fox den till she thought it sutible. Than he waited for his new children to be brought into this world. Forever encouraging his mate as he waited too.

Orthen

Orthen laid down on her side as contactions started. The pain was unbearable, She cringed and wimpered. Though it wasn't the worst pain she had ever felt... An hour went by, no pups. Orthen smiled at Gold, "Soon my love..." Suddenly she cringed as the last contaction spread pain thro-out her body. With in minutes there were four new pups by her side. She began to lick them clean.

Camo lay content next his mother when he finally found a nipple and began suckling.

Zhen remained quiet and he two was nursing.

Gold

Gold watched her whimpering when she did. He grimaced each time she cringed as if feeling her pain. He barked a few times as if encouraging her it would be alright. Soon the sound of his mate's whimpering stopped. He smelled four new pups down there with her. He smiled letting loose a howl full of joy. He couldn't wait to tell his mother, aunt, and siblings...ex Silver Tip the good news. He wondered if he could go now, but decided to wait till his children were old enough.

"Are you alright," he called to Orthen in a soothing voice.

Blacksong nursed contented inbetween his sister and Camo.

Ocean nursed as well pushing against her brothers to make sure she got enough, if they got in the way.

Orthen

Orthen smiled softly, "Yes Gold Im just fine..." She softly licked each one.

Camo growled as his sister softly pushed him. He too nursed gredily.

Zhen remained quiet and ignored his siblings who were fighting.

Gold

Gold layed down infront of the den. He faced outward of it ready to protect his new family.

Blacksong continued nursing.

Ocean finally found a tit, and began to nurse. She kneeded her mother's stomach softly and blindly.

Orthen

Orthen sighed and layed her head, a smile on her face. She sighed as she felt the pups softly needing into her side as they nursed. She shut her eyes and fell asleep. She needed the energy after the birth.

Camo softly kneeded his mothers belly as he suckled.

Zhen took a small rest and fell asleep his small body snuggled up against his mothers large warm body.
