Adjaytay, Badu, Ada

Adjaytay a large male lion could be seen walking in the long grass.His head high. His tail flicked and he stopped and glanced back at his sisters and then continued on till he came to a semi clear clearing.he sat down and let ut a large warning roar.

Badu:The youngest was a white lioness. She walked slowly after him.Her eyes taking in the scenary. She layed down pushed up against her brother rather playfully. they may be five years but they stil were playful at times.

Ada:Who was the oldest followed her siblings and layed down.Only her head remained up. she was lieing on her side. Her tail flicked.

Little Tuft, Ginger, & Vensai

He was getting close to a year old now, but still had a lot of growing to do. Unlike his father, Tuft had a light mane, and it wasn't very pronounced. But that wasn't what earned him his name; the young lion had a curious tuft of fur on his forehead, where it should be shorter fur.

Behind him trailed his two younger siblings. At two months of age, they still had a lot of growing to do. Ginger was the smallest, and the darkest of all her family. Vensai was the largest, and had a very pale coat that would contrast nicely with his dark mane - when he was old enough to grow one. His downside was that a portion of his weight was just from fat, and not extra muscle. Living in the Temple, meals came too easily to the gluttonous cub.

"Woah, hold up guys. Stay near me..." Tuft whispered, catching scent of unknown lions on the wind. A male and two females. Warnings from his mother flagged in the back of Tuft's mind, and he knew he had to be careful around an older male. "Stay close, ok?" He repeated, and began to move forward slowly.

Ginger and Vensai bounded after their older brother, keeping close at his flanks as they drew closer to the three unknown lions. Little Tuft stopped a few yards short of the strangers and dipped his head, "Greetings." He called out, hoping that these other lions were friendly.

Adj

The male had smelt them though the smell was ver faint so he only smelt the male.His tail flagged and he growled and stood up.He noted that the male could only be around an year old so to him he was no threat.What brings you this way?he said.

Badu:She yawned and looked up and looked at them.

Ada just watched from her postion.

Little Tuft, Ginger, & Vensai

With his head down still, Little Tuft responded, "Just teaching my little brother and sister about things." The young lion looked to white lioness with fascination, but he was still too young to be too interested in females yet. "I haven't seen any other lions here before."

Ginger stepped forward, until she was next to her big brother's front leg, "Maybe you can join our pride!"

He watched him.Your a smart brother thenhe said and then looked to the little one.It all depends. If there is a lead male lion I shall not go Unless you wish for that lion to be killed, Im not gonna be ruled by another, But my sisters are free to do as they pleaseHe said and then turned to move away a bit.

Badu:She looked to her brother and rolled over and then sat up.Im Badu, Thats my Brother Adjaytay, and this is our older sister Ada

Ada:She just looked at them.

Little Tuft, Ginger, & Vensai

Little Tuft was surprised by Adj's response, but he had heard such things from his mother before. They no longer lived like real lions at the Temple, but he wasn't about to get into that with this big male. "Oh, I understand." Tuft replied meekly, dipping his head even more before looking to the sisters, "I'm Little Tuft, and these are my siblings, Ginger and Vensai. Would you... be interested in joining our pride? I mean..." Tuft shook his head, "There are more of us; there's my father, mother, another sister, and three more brothers."

Badu & Ada

Badu glanced at her brother. She wasn't sure. She wanted to be in a larger pride but she hate to leave her big brother.For now i wish to stay with my brother im sorryShe said turning and moving to him.

Ada:She however knew there was no use for her to remain with her brother if she couldn't produce offspring.She dipped her head.I shall go with you as long as i am allowed to visit my familyShe spoke calmly.I am the eldest and even if we belong to different prides they are still my responsiblity. My mother and father and rest of our old pride were slaughtered by humans and I promised her no matter what i would watch over them whether i permenatnly stay with them or go to another pride..

Little Tuft, Ginger, & Vensai

"I'm sorry to hear about your family." Tuft said quietly, "You'll be safe from humans where we live. In fact... we plan to eventually drive all humans out of the Valley." He perked up a little, "You'll be able to see your brother and sister whenever you wish. Would you like to see where we live?"

Ada

She nodded and then nuzzled her siblings for the time being and moved to follow them.
