Kei stumbled over the ground, bearing no injuries like her herd mates. She was completely unharmed. Though she did suffer the trauma of losing all she had. Kiona took the bullet for her, and she had witnessed her own mother's death. "Is anybody there?" She called. "I need help!" She looked in all directions and ran around like the fearful thing she was.

Prisoner

The crimson mare was trotting back with a filly and saw the frightened zebra. Was it luck, or was she really as needed as she was feeling. Coming up to the zebra foal she let off a small nicker. "Hey there child, I shall help you. Tell me, what has happened?" Of the kinder she watched the foal and waited gently for her reaction.

Kei

Kei looked up at Prisoner. "My...my mom was killed." She said, crying. "A man had a horrible thing that made a loud noise and then my mom died." She walked closer to the mare hoping to get affection from her.

Prisoner

Crimson mare nuzzled the foal. "Yes, humans are evil, evil creatures who like to kill us for their petty games. Come with me young child. You shall stay protected in my lands. I will not let the two legged hurt you." With that she nudge her gently and began a trot away to the South of Heaven terra.

Kei nodded and followed.
