»this is me
Deep within the prairie, where trees were far on either side, the land was calm, peaceful. The winds blew as they always did, chilly but great to touch. Snow drifts blew up in places all through the grass, with the tall colorful blades holding them in place, preventing them from scattering out. All seemed sleepy and quiet on the fair winter day. All but one thing...
The blades of grass suddenly began splitting, causing paths of air between them, before some filtered back to fill in the gaps. Little puffs of heated clouds lifted up from the landscape, continuously, over and over again. One would think it was a ghost maybe, but who would have a mind that misplaced? Suddenly, a head-- a wolven head, poked up from the grass. Her auds flickered, her body was tense. Her nares flared with eagerness. A pair of unique blue green eyes scanned the area above the bladetops, as she quickly furrowed out a section of the grass to provide herself with a pawmade bed. Snuggling down into the grass, a small grin came to her maw. Her body curled up, with her bushy tail curled around and over her face. This was the perfect land to stop at. The lengthy grass kept the wind from piercing unprotected flesh, and no one would have the easiest time finding her. With a light and content sigh, the wolfess known as Shiveree finally drifted off to sleep.
Hestier
A white pillar began to move in the distance. Translucent with the background of snow and he made his way. Every step was silent, every breath was soundless. Even his heart seemed to whisper out its beats. He was no longer the kind and loving, no longer the ruler and demanding. His dark side had gotten his best. And now with each foot fall lay to rest, another helpless soul.
The furrowing noise of the grass rung in his ears and he twitched his head this way and that. Gems finding the source, and lighting of course, for there slept a gentle little lamb. Oh how great to play, for now make your way, he moved to her faster now go. A surprise he would be, but not that of glee, for his features were the looks of a devil.
His face did contort, an evil grin of the sort, bowing his fluffy white head. His tones were as gentle, as soft and as kind, as one who spoke from the dead. "Dear lady don't you see, with every pass and every plea. Do tell me love, what is your name?" His lips curled now, what a fine show and how, a gentleman is what would be took. Even if his smile took that of a crook.
Natalya
The once gentle Enola, long gone and forgotten. She was sleek and slender, steel grey in coloration with eyes as cold and lifeless as any. She came next to Hestier, sent him a look of disdain. This is was not the male she had fallen in love with, but she could do nothing but follow him. Without her, he was lost. A soft smile was given to the other, and she said in a tone that matched Hestiers own I'll bet it is a name, just as pretty as you are, dove. Soft yellow eyes seemed cold and hating, yet warm and inviting.

The young wolfess was snoozing away peacefully in her little "burrow" kind of bed. Everything appeared quiet, and she was oblivious to everything around her either way. Being awake was one thing, asleep was another.
Suddenly, Shiveree woke up, auds flickering with sounds. Her head was the first thing up, and then the rest of her body followed. Her eyes took in the sight of a wolf, no-- two wolves now, and she gave a brisk shake of her head, blinking as though in disbelief. How could they find her so easily? It had either been them or some wind that had awakened her from her easy slumber.
"Shiveree is my name," she replied daintily, eyes searching one face, then to the other. She was still tired, but alert nonetheless. The atmosphere held a strange feel. "Who would you be?" she then asked, a bit thrown off by their unusual words.
Hestier
He smiled, you see, for in his heart a mischievious glee. A light hearted tone to his love. The devious fea who called him a dove. Oh how he laughed at her mocking word, then cackled like that of the insane bird. "Oh my, oh me, Dearest Shiveree. Let us introduce ourselves. Born from darkness am I, my mother the sky. And that is where you should look. For you will see in the air, they all call me Hestier, and to me that is something they took." Who was this 'they' he was speaking about you ask. Well don't search for the answer, it's no simple task. For his mind went astray, and now they will pay. But even he know's not who they are. The shadows that lurked. Took his throat and they jerked. His mind soon fell that ajar. Broken to pieces, his cold heart does reign. Supreme to those he tried to retain. The demons that lash out inside. But even then he could not hide. For he has been a beast his whole life.
Dusty orbs turned to his dove. Her head slightly above. He let out a half given sigh. If he had been himself he would cry. Looking back to the wolf, a smiled he tried. This was the beaten, defeated Crucified.
Natalya
Her eyes seemed to soften at the faes name, and she felt the urge to comfort, but her mind turned blank. In a voice as soft as the breeze she murmered to thee Born from Hell, cast from Heaven, silent as a panther of lore, I am Natalya. Her eyes drifted to Hestier, and she held back a sigh, for you see she really had tried. Crucified, he was no more, for now he was this, another creature of folk lore. A great inner hatred, it seemed to consume her and she wanted to lash out at him, beat it into him that this wasn't right. He wasn't Hestier, he was Crucified, one that she had loved until that fateful night. His mate had fled, leaving him for dead. Little Enola, she had tried to comfort. Now, she was Natalya, reigning with the merciless Hestier.

»Shiveree looked at the two wolves, and did nothing more. Why was this one rhyming, and why was the other so mysterious in words? She never understood the ways of others very well, so maybe it was something she'de have to get used to. She felt like just blurting out and asking them why they were so "strange," but she was much past that stage, and wasn't nearly as immature as that.
"Who? What?" she first went to ask, a bit thrown off once again. She did her best to stay on track, though her mind was well on other things. "Oh, okay," she simply stated, tilting her fuzzy head, "do you reside here?" she suddenly went to ask, not being able to think of anything else to say. It was the best she could come up with. The weather was old to start a conversation with-- she needed something new.
Hestier
His smile had fadded, for he felt slightly hated, he knew not what he had done wrong. Something in her eyes. Although in desguise, he knew her pain would prolong. Poorest Natalya, so sweet so kind, had been thrown to hell when He had lost his mind. He ment not to cause her pain. But his mind could not gain, what he had lost long ago. There was to much here to let go.
His eyes did alight, and almost afright, releasing a half easy laugh. "No dear you see, I come here as often as I plea. You just stick out from the snow." How he could see her he didn't know. "That is why I came, for even the tame, you could become some creatures brunch." Why now he started to think of lunch. "Are you hungry my dears? No worries, no fears, for I can wait if you are not." But surely he could eat a horse in this spot.
He waited calmly for them, though all his organs within, were screaming for something to eat. Maybe some grass would help him to cheat. The little gurgle inside, no longer to hide, made its way to the ears around. Oh how awful that horrible sound. His stomach continued to growl, but he waited his prowl, come darling let us be fill.
Enola
At his mention of food, she relaxed but it was just a tad. Those odd eyes turned back towards Shiveree and a smile as haunting as it was beautiful alit her grey muzzle. Ah, food. Why not see what we can find. She shook her head slightly at Hestiers words, so confusing they were becoming but she would deal with it as she did everything else. Gracefully. Come, Shivree, let us find something to eat. Her coat seemed to dazzle as she turned and began to move away, her tail held loose. Her muscles bunched beneath a coat of steel, rippling as she she moved. The suns early rays seemed captured in movement, and she turned round to see if the other two follow her soft trail.

Shiveree titled her head, an eye narrowing at the two strange canines. She had never seen such wierd behavior before, and it confused her. Was there something on her face? Did she have a crink in her tail? Snorting lightly, she then followed the fae with her dark eyes. "Food?" she suddenly asked, auds pricking. She wasn't very hungry at the moment. She got up briskly to follow the other wolf, but then stopped short. She turned her head back to look at Hestier, wondering if he was going. She held back a light chuckle as she heard a stomach growl, but she kept it back by pressing her wolven lips together. "Coming?" she then asked, for real this time.
Hestier
His mind had gone astray as his tummy began to growl. Looking at the ground in desperation for a moment before dusty orbs looked back up and the girls had gone. He caught a fleeing breath and quickly bounded off into the meadow. Eyeing around to find the girls, there he found his one. Natalya speaking with some border collies... Quickly his curiousity gripped around his neck and pulled him forward. Bringing him right next to the group.
