Ageni
The young yearling padded from her pack to the open lands. Kali had returned from her break or vacation as she would put it and now she wanted one herself. She missed her family, she was alone it seemed and the only one to understand was a dark devilish female, Kali. Akecheta had died saving her life, her mother had died, and rumor has it so did her father. Living in a place with memories can tear anyone apart. She was strong and held together greatly. She need time to heal and space.
Moments later the thoughts left her mind and a smile apeared gazing into the endless skies. She threw back her head, her narrow jaws opened as a enchanted howl poured into the sky. Her tail wrapped around her slender body and her cream colored coat gleaming in the sunlight.
Enola
Not Right Not the Same Who am I to say Im Sane?
Enola heard the cry but she thought nothing of it. It was a wonder to her why her pads were carrying her towards the sound of the call but she was to miserable to care. Her mother was dead, she hadnt said good bye. Her father was gone, he had wanted to fly. She didnt know about Akecheta how ever. She didnt know that he to flew with the angels high above them.
The grey yearling moved with ease although her heart felt as if it was being ripped from her chest. She had no one left. Hidden Betrayal had disappeared as had Ghost who had become like a mother to Enola. A sob choked out of the female as she moved through the tall grass. Thats when she came upon Ageni. Enola froze and stared for a minute but no sound was uttered from her maw. Another mirage. She was going insane. She would end up like Insanity. It was fitting that name of his. She stared at Ageni for a moment waiting for the female to disappear like she had so many times before.
Ageni
The strong spirited female whipped her body around as fimilar scents filled her lungs. She noticed a gray figure she knew and seen. Enola? She thought lifting her head and her ears perked forth. Memories flashed wildly of how Enola treated her. Enola treated her like dirt and so did Aaka. It seemed the only ones she had was her mother, father, and Akecheta which were all gone. She was alone in the world and yet she still wasn't broken. Even after the incodent in the other lands as she was gone for many months and nearly died. She nearly died, and Akecheta deid protecting her and everyone else. They met Nita there and Kali who tried to kill her, and now here they are friends. One of her only lasting friends. Ageni had expeirnce in hunting, fighting, surviving now even though she was a mere year old. She saw much more then any young one should.
Her first intect took over her cream colored body as she bared her canines to a rapid snarl. She took a step back her lovely coat growing brisk and gleaming in the sunlight. Moments later she knew Enola was all she had and she was right there. Her eyes widened as she relaxed hiding her canines and her coat sleek. "Big sis?" she whisphered into the enchated air with her light amber eyes.
Enola
Enola stood a hollow frame of what she had been. Ageni looked so beautiful in her golden aura and Enola knew what she looked like. She was like a symbol of a plague nothing more nothing less. As Ageni whispered tears welled up in Enola's eyes "Why can you just leave me alone?" Her voice was the same yet different. It still held its sharp crystal quality but her words sounded hollow. In fact...She looked hollow. Her eyes stared blankly at Ageni and she sobbed softly. "They're all gone and yet even in death you haunt me Ageni. You all left...You all died and I had no one! No one..." The female seemed to crumple there for she had no strength left in her to go on. She had not eaten in days and had had very little water. She had lost the vibrant spark that had once lived so strong inside her when she was younger. She was still thinking that Ageni was a hallucination for she did in fact think that Ageni was dead.
Ageni
Ageni heard her cry out. She rolled her lovely bright burning eyes of amber and sighed. "Shut up!" she snapped looked directly at her bitterly. Ageni was rarely this way and Ageni was the only one to see EVERYTHING! She wandered the lands and always watched Enola, who had the story backwords at the time. "Open your eyes Big Sis, I am here, I am always here for you, although you left me you-" she growled and started cursing beneath her shallow breath. Her head rose with pride seeing her skinny as if she had not eaten in some time. "You pathetic coward, you can't even defend for yuorself. If that was so for me, I'd be dead long ago," she snapped looking away, but quickly lunging to her standing in her face her cold breaths breathing heavily in her face. "I am alive, no one else is. I have grown up and no longer such a little sweetie all the time. Although at times it's still the same. I've been watching your wonderful life that you have yet to realize. I watched mother die, I watched father run, I've watched friends come and go, I've watched Akecheta be killed for being brave and protecting me. Or I saw him dying and being taken away from me. I have seen battles, I have seen deaths and lives. You are not alone Enola, and I hope you wake up someday to see that you left me when I loved you and you hated me. Akecheta hated you, but you liked him. I remember how painful it was for me and mother to stand on the sidelines and watch your stupidity. Akecheta never stand still and fought for everything and everyone. He gave up on you, but I still haven't. I'm still here for you, and I still love you. I want to help you, if you can tell me you love me, or leave me be," she she said stated strongly.
Enola
She stared at her sister and she said in a harsh whisper "Dont you get it? I didnt hate you. I didnt hate Akecheta. I didnt hate our parents or anyone else I just wanted to be left alone." She stared at her sister through amber eyes that seemed to glimmer every now and again. She had seen much as well. She had watched her best friend die before her eyes and then not two days later her other friend walked out on her. She had gone back to the packlands to find her mother dead and her father and sister missing. She had lived with her other mother abandoning her as well. She was alone in her mind as her father had once told her that her name meant solitary or poison whichever she prefered. Now she was nothing to anyone. She had tried to make everyone happy make everyone want to live. Suddenly as Ageni began to rant and rave she stood and a snarl escaped her "You know nothing of what I've been through! You know nothing of how I have lived Ageni. You dont know." Then she sat her grey form lowered and she stared darkly at the ground. Ageni didnt know. She would never know. Enola had also gotten into a fight, a fight that had almost cost her her life. If it hadnt been for Haunted then she would have died. Enola didnt know where the black wolfess had gone but she prayed that one day she would come back. "Everyone keeps leaving me." She whispered. Tears welled in her eyes and trailed down her cheeks and she shuddered trying to hold back a sob. Enola had abandonment problems and this she knew she had to take care of. She shuddered again and lay down curling herself into a ball. At least now Ageni knew that her sister hadnt abandoned her. Her sister had just been lost, as all sometimes get lost.
In the Mind
I stared blankly ahead at Ageni's feet and silently wished for the pain to go away. I wondered to myself if I looked as horrible as I felt. Probably. BUt that was ok. Everything would be ok. Hidden hadnt been the best of friends but that was ok to. I could start over. Get new friends. Yeah that was it. But now with Ageni back...Wait, Was it really Ageni? Am I going insane like I thought I was? Will I live inside myself forever a hollow shell wandering aimlessly around in this cruel world? I prayed not for that would be horrible. I was already miserable couldnt it all just go away? Akecheta had given up on me and Ageni would to. She would say I'm a train wreck ready to happen. I had suicidal thoughts. Huh that was a funny word. Suicidal. I must have picked it up when I was living with the two-leggeds. Oh well.
Ageni
"Trust me big sis, you have not seen anything. I would tell you, but-" She said more calmly and soft looking away mornfully. Her shattered heart slammed into her chest as the cries and screams returned from her mind as the rampage returned to her memories. She remembered the starving wolves suffering from Kali's mother. She remembered their escape and her near death experience. She remembered the blood that was spilled and watching Akecheta fight for them and get beaten and taken away close to death. She remembered everyone dying and so few surviving. They saved them though and Ageni returned to nothing. There she met Kali a dark creature filled with hatred and befriended her. Kali was her only friend in the world for all others have died in that ramage. She remembered Aloysius and all he did, she remembered the night of insanity the escape, the blood, deaths, cries, demon-like wolves so ruthless to watch you die and laugh. She remembers being in the pit, wandering searching for her sister time after time again. It even laid in history of this place. When she left everyone went after Enola and she was too stuopid and blind to see that. When Ageni left no one came and no one cared. Everything that has happened to her, and she still felt happy. She always has and so she wanders rarely to drownd, but soon to rise and be as cheerful as ever.
She looked at Enola with a devilish stare. "Get away from me," she snapped angirly. "Your a coward, you don't have to drownd in sorrow, it's called life. You may have fought, hunted and watched deaths you may think any close to death fights may be the worst thing in the world, but it's not. Watch others die at your feet one by one, watch the raid of ruthless brutes and the death of our mother for you did not see. You left her. You were always being chased, you are too blind to stupid to see that. After all this time I told you I love you and you can not love me back?" she stepped back with tears streaming from her eyes and onto the ground. Her body shook with anger as her talons gripped the earth. Her whole body grew brisk as needles and her eyes burned with fury. "Get away from me," she snarled rapidly as if she had gone mad. Her tail flickered behind her as nasty words spat out from her narrow lips. "I've chased you for all this time, you saw me once ask anyone," she whishered so shallowly and crude.
Ageni lunged back her ears pinned to her head. "I HATE YOU!" she cried at the top of her lungs. She could remeber chasing after her older sister confused and frightened for she never understoon what happened, she chased after her for days and came home to nothing. Now Enola kept rambling rather then telling her she was loved. Ageni didn't want anything but that, and it didn't come. "I hate you," she said in almost a low hiss.
Enola
She stared at Ageni for a moment as the words were spit out. Softly she said "He said he loved me. He said he would love me forever. Then he ran off with Hidden Betrayal. He said I was insane to think that he could love me." She stood and turned beginning to trot away. She turned back to her sister and said softly "Its fine that you do hate me Ageni. Cause I do love you." She trotted away once more her head held low not in a way of protecting her throat but of sadness. A mates betrayal was something hard, and the betrayal of a friend....That was even harder. Having your sister tell you she hated you. That was three blows to the pride, to the heart. She had no one now and that was fine. Suddenly she turned around and shouted so that her sister could hear her "Father spoke to me. He said that sometimes the winds carry messages. Have the winds ever spoken to you Ageni?" She waited silently for not long ago she had seen her father. Or maybe that had been a mirage to. Stupid hallucinations.
Inside the Mind
As she spoke I remembered my first battle. I had fought for Aaka hoping to gain love from her. Well that had gone wrong. I had seen wolves fall before me. I had seen their loved ones tears as they streamed down their faces. I had heard the mournful cries and I had seen the severly wounded die in front of me for lack of help. I had killed my first wolf there and had felt his life seep away through my jaws. At first I had thought it exilerating. But then when I saw the after effects of battle...I wasnt so sure. Why would someone choose a life of fighting just to tear a loved one away from another? It wasnt right to me. Thats when I had decided to quit my fighting ways. Thats when he walked out on me. He had gone off with Hidden Betrayal. Her name fit her. She had said she was my friend and that she loved me. But then when I find someone that I love she stole him from me. Ungreatful bitch he was mine! MINE!
I cut Myself In The Shadows of Night I Hold My Breath and Listen to Their Screams They Keep Haunting ME
Ageni
I fall asleep to the sounds of screaming memories of lulaby
Ageni took in a deep breath listening to her big sister. She knew Enola thought the worst of things and she knew she went through alot. They both did. She heard her say she loved her and a gloryous smile appeared on her face. "I love you, and forever I shall," she called out to her as she started to turn away. As Enola called back out to her she listened to her words closely, "Yes Enola, the winds have spoken to me many times. Thats why I am standing right here and not in my pack lands," she paused as those words flowed from her lips so tenderly and smooth. "Would you come with me? I would love nothing more then to be with my sister and in the pack that has been with me in the unknown lands were I last saw Akecheta," She called out blissfully.
Yet my spirit is still strong and I still considered angelic, for nothing can pull me down!
Enola
I hide the marks oh so Well In the Dead of The Night I cut Myself
She stared at Ageni for a moment then nodded slowly. "Fine" She said softly. She wasnt stupid or anything but she was unsure of how to take this. Hadnt Ageni just said she hated her? Ugh this wolfess was confusing. "I listened to the winds once. I dont do it any more because of the things they told me." She was quiet after that and she turned and began to trot away to Ageni's home for it was her's now as well.
Of My Past
I stood atop the mountain and watched the valley silently. Father had said listen to the wind whisper and so I was here atop the highest mountain peak awaiting the call. Suddenly with a gust it hit me and I listened closely.
So Much has been taken away
Underneath it all I know that
Inside It'll never go away this
Constant pain thats calling me
Institutionalized is what I should be
Death is the Key to
EVERYTHING
Ageni
Ageni smiled to her sister, "Now please smile for the pain will now end and only to heal for the furture. You will now be living among other heart broken wolves who have already healed and are here to help us," she said gently padding beside her sister. Ageni was rather small and she realized that standing right next to her as her eyes came to Enola's shoulder. Her creamy coat gleaming brilliantly in the sunlight as she trotted along remembering the brother that was missing.
The Past in the Other Lands
I stared at Blackie that evil wolfess. Mother, Nita, and Snowless stood close to me. Kali was in the corner having a break down attacking anything that came too close to her. She had tried to kill me and blood ran down the side of my face and muzzle. We had to be freed rather then stay here as hostaged and watch the members of these beautiful lands die. Akecheta soon stepped forth and fought Blackie. He had done well and just before he was able to kill her his body was drenched in his own blood and he was dragged away...
