TwisteR
Twister entered the lands at a fast paced canter, throwing back her sculpted arabian tiara as her animation slowed to a cease. She dipped her boa, letting her elegant ribbons hang gently down like silken curtains, to nibble on the emerald blades in her shadoW
Eris
The gray lady was trotting through the prairie, searching for mares. Didn't matter what size, shape, or color they were-- they just had to be mares. With her tiara and banner lifted in an elegant yet dominant way she moved fourth, at a canter, straight to this new lass. Soon, once reaching her, she slowed and halted, flicking her tail and nickering sweetly. "Hello, young lass," she started, making it sound as if she was alot older, "I am Eris, queen of the Calypte Ranges, which is a home for independant mares. So, tell me, what is your name and do you wish to live away from stallions?" she asked, raising an invisable brow at her. SHe had a herd, that was for mares that wished to live without a stallion, and with freedom, which is one thing that stallions' took away from a mare one way or another. She stood there patiently, waiting for an answer.
TwisteR
The alabaster angel lifted her elegant serpentine when she heard hoof-beats drawing near her. Radars were a'flick as she listened to the kona before her who had a slight arrogance of dominance. TwisteR wasn't a 'young lass' really, she had been upon this earth for about 5 years and knew the laws of nature very well. It was strange in the way that this femme wanted nothing to do with Stallions, after all to be safe in the wild was to be with a herd with at least one stallion. Wasn't it? Tossing her dial, letting her porcelin ribbons shift from her facade, TwisteR took her time in replying.
TwisteR. Nice to meet you Eris. TwisteR wasn't sure if it truely was nice to meet such an odd mare but maybe she might have been wrong. To be honest, No, I do not wish to be away from Stallions...Why is it you wish to be so?
Hidden Shadows
The large stallion moved at a swagger to the two fatales. His haunted orbs moved to Eris and he said in a deep soft voice "I have heard how you defy stallions and race the wind and the eagles above. But Eris, I am looking for a home for I do not want to run my own." He had a territory but it was not home for him. He wanted to live with Eris, but he would let her carry on with her running it the way she was. He would just stay in the shadows where he always was. Darkness seemed to surround the frisiean but he made no movement just watched the fae his eyes dark and haunted his body language peaveful and calm.
Eris
Chaos is a Virtue-- in my opinion.
Eris' orbs studdied the fae a quick moment longer before tunring to the stallion. He had appeared before she could reply to that question. She narrowed her orbs at what he said. Hah, he would have to prove himself. And prove himself worthy. She may just have an idea for him. But first her orbs turned back to TwisteR, and she grinned lightly. Hmm, why did she hate stallions they way she did? "Oh, I have a reason... I soppose. It was good enough for me to start the kind of herd I did. Back where I came from, stallions and mares were to not speak to each other, in lovey dovey ways. Both sides were enemies, completely, in every way. They had done things unimaginable to us, and that includes stealing our precious land, taking away our fillies, and the thing that enraged us most of all, was forcebreeding. That was completely against our laws, to intentionally have foals. So now you see, some mares are indeed like me, and I intend to find them." she spoke quickly, finishing it with a light snort. Soon her auds flickered and she turned back to this stallion. Oh now what? She glared at him lightly. "WHA???" she nearly choked out, wanting to sound dramatic. But it may have failed. "You live with the independent mares of the valley? That would be going against my fellow rules... But, there is one way you can become a resident within my land." she stated, thinking mischeviously. Oh yes, this would be good. Maybe. He just had to prove that he could fight, and be worthy of this position she had thought up in her dial.
Hidden Shadows
The stallion watched herseilently as she made her little speech. His massive chassis shifted to the side slightly as he relaxed his frame upon three daggers his eyes flickering as she told him he had to do something. Softly he said "Quit the dramatics it doesnt look well on you." His words were spoken softly but he nodded to the fae. "MB
TwisteR
TwisteR was rather bored by this story, yet interested at the same time. At the arrival of the stag and his pathetic words, TwisteR decided she'd had enough. She didn't care if she interupted, they would have to deal with it.
As interesting as this little gathering is, I find my services are no longer required. Good day to you both.
Before turning away the maiden turned back to Eris.
Oh, and Eris, Lighten up.
TwisteR then tossed her head gracefully before departing in a smooth, elegant gallop.
I'll spin you round...
TwisteR
Eris
Eris looked at the stag, auds flickering. Hmm, should she? She had a quite interesting little job she could have going for him, despite he was a stallion, but hey, that was the whole point of this job she thought up. Before she could speak, she was once again interrupted. She watched the other mare turn and leave before grinning. Her lips parted, releasing her flowing melody. "Try looking in a puddle and saying that, but instead of my name, use yours." she said, rather irritated. How sour! Maybe that'll get her off my mind... she thought cooly to herself, before looking back to Hidden Shadows. "Since your a stallion, and obviously gonna be the only one, then there's a little yet important job up. As a guard. For the mares that will reside in my land, as well as it itself. So, think you can handle it? Just no bothering anyone, particularly me, or you'll have to deal with... Guess who? Eris." she said, not trying to sound rude or anything, but she was the "queen" around here, actually, out of the both of them. SHe stood there, quiet and patient, ready for his words. Would he accept or decline?
Hidden Shadows
The male nodded his massive head silently. He could handle that. Quietly he waited for her to tell him where he would be staying at for now on his massive black body poised to run. He may be a friesian but the stallion loved running more then anything in the world. But if this mare wanted to use him as a body guard he could handle that.
Eris
Eris nodded at him, grinning. It wasn't exactly a "body" guard, but if you wish to call it that then do whatever. She breathed deeply, and nodded. "Fine. My terra is the Calypte Ranges. I'll meet you there." she stated, flicking her banner and bobbing her dial before turning and galloping off, sure he could follow her scent there or just find it. Whichever was possible.
