Liseli*Sauda

Liseli trotted in, sitting down and waiting for her sister to arrive, an ugly grimace on her face.

Sauda came in straight behind her sister, sitting in a like manner, looking around to make sure no one had followed them.

Talon

The peregrine falcon was flying over the prairie when he spotted a group of animals below. He decided he would try and break up the gathering. He dived at the creatures with talons outstreched and at the last second he flew up and away. Then circled around and around watching the creatures.

Liseli*Sauda

Liseli and Sauda heard a whoosh as the bird dove, and dodged quickly, though they had never been dive-bombed before. Growling insults at the bird, they gathered in their little huddle once again.

Lady

Lady crept along far behind hiding in the grass. she watched as the bird dove at them. she kept quiet staying put waiting to see what happend

Vatani

A soft breeze ruffled a shale hued coat as a lithe form strode through the Prairie. Two amber lanterns glanced up at an airborne predator. Vatani frowned as it dived. She did not scent any vulnerable prey, only fellow canines.

The arctic young adult, overcome by curiosity, went to investigate. She quickly passed up some fae hiding out in the tall grasses and stepped into range of the two minxes as they grouped together to avoid the pestering bird. "Damn bird-fowl. To full of themselves." Vatani muttered grudgingly to herself. She flat out hated birds, they were a waste of time to bother with. Yes, she'd had an interesting experience with birds, falcons to be more specific, and she didn't come out with a view for the greater good of bird-kind. Her grandsire had a bird friend, and she was the only airborne creature 'Tani trusted, but she knew not where Unknown Spirit was. The primed falcon fae would have a thing or two to say about attacking wolves.

So instead, Vatani did the only thing a young adult like her could do. "Oiy bird! Why don't you leave them be? It's hardly fair, so why don't you come and join them on the ground. We'll see who's in trouble then."

Liseli*Sauda

Liseli had been keeping both orbs on the bird, but at the words of one unknown, the avian nuisance left her mind completely. Letting out a thunderous growl, she was about to leap forward when Sauda caught her up by the scruff. Cursing quietly to herself, she held still. Her darker sibling was just as fast as she used to be.

Sauda's auds perked, the droopy one standing erect beside its mate as she tilted them forward to catch the sounds. Calling out with command in her voice, she said, Who trespasses on the meetings of others?

Lady

Lady crept along a ways away freezing at Sauda's words. she backed up slowly carfull not to step on any twings till all she could see of Sauda and Lisell. when she was that far she ran off she whould be back later

Vatani

The minx's auds laced back against her finely crafted skull but she did not
budge. She was not easily intimidated. 'Tani returned her own
snarl, yet she did not put so much vehemence in it. Her porcelain tipped
tail snapped up, along with her head, proudly into the position of dominance
she was born into. A little bit of a braggart on her part, but she had the
right to do so, being next in line to hold her family's land and all and she
was not to be disrespected so. "I have yet to come across any borders
here to trespass upon." The artic drappa spat out her haughty remark
without missing a beat, her amber pools dragging across the ill-tempered
posture both spitfires were holding. It clearly made up the lack of fervor
in her sneer. Dear lord, wolves these days were most anti-social. One could
not come onto a scene uninvited in public grounds, without a bad
reception. There must be something in the water they were drinking; every
wolf she came upon was much too moody. It had to be a conspiracy.

Liseli*Sauda

Sauda cast a reproving look at Liseli, her eyes saying Now see what you've done? An ugly look charged her paler sibling to stay put, and Sauda trotted forward just a little, her soft voice flowing forth more calmly now. My apologies, honored one. I beg you forgive my sister. She is... a little hasty in her judgement. You simply startled us, that's all. Our full attention was upon the bird and your prescence surprised us. I am sorry if any unintended insult was sent in your direction. She bowed slightly as to equals, for the land beneath her feet belonged to neither of them and she owed the other female no allegiance.

Liseli continued to scowl, cursing silently at her sister, but she stayed back, knwoing well that Sauda would make her pay if she disobeyed.
