Abamacho
Silently the black and white wolf pup moved through the land. This was his first time away from home. Away from his mother.
His mother and her friend Karai were worried about him. They said he was turning into Aaka. His aunt Aaka. His favorite among family. His sister Kekochoi was to happy although her name meant much pain. He rarely saw his other siblings and his mother Moon Spirit was to kind although there was a legend of how she had fought for the territory she now lived in. He couldnt see his mother in a rage. She was much to kind.
He stared off into the unknown and he watched as a helicopter flew over. He knew nothing of humans and didnt bother with the one flying over head.
The devil watches you throughout the night now watch your back for he may be there.
Zhener
A very large shadow stole over the ground, crossing Abamocho's path before it steered in a sharp circle and grew larger. Zhener was gliding to the ground now, arching his six and a half foot wingspan against the cold winds that tried to blow him upwards again. In short time, the huge eagle came crashing to the ground, as he usually did when landing. With no harm done to himself, The wedgie folded his massive, dark wings against his sides and perked his head up.
Fierce eyes darted towards the youngster, "Excuse me, little vhelp, but are you lost?" In his native land, Abamocho would be considered a prey item, but luckily for the pup, here Zhener value canines as friends rather than food.
Abamacho
HE stared for a minute at the eagle and nearly laughed at the birds stupidity. Did he not know that this was one of the pups of Moon Spirit? Zhener lived with them he should know who Abamacho was. But no matter. He smiled in a mocking way and said softly in a dead calm voice I am never lost Black and silver male turned and stared over the praire watching anything and everything in particular.
Zhener
The eagle cocked his head to the side, "I vill take your vord for it, zhen." He stepped a bit closer, seeking to strike up a conversation. It was true though, that Zhener was a bit daft, as others had described him. His ability to recognize indivudal wolves wasn't very good at all. Karai and Moon Spirit were easy, as well as Aderyn, but pretty much everone else looked the same. "So... vhat are you doing?" The wedgie questioned, possibly getting annoying now. Apart from having a hard time recognizing wolves, he also couldn't tell when others were getting aggrivated or not.
Soleda
Soleda had seen Abamacho leave the den, and had followed him, wondering where he was going. She had been so innocent as a young thing, but as she grew she had developed a twisted sort of mind and a dark demeanor, and Abamacho intrigued her sneaky side. Brushing rudely past Zhener, she said, You birds. Always sticking your big beaks in everyone's business. Get you off and go annoy someone else.
And, turning her sly smile upon Abamacho, I saw you leave. All those dolts back at the den with their talk of peace and worry bore me, so I followed you. Thought you might be up to something a little more... interesting. And her intonation gave the word meanings it was not meant to have.
Abamacho
He stared at the bird for a moment then turned to his newest problem. "I am up to nothing so be off with you whench." He trotted a distance away and lay down ignoring both of them as he watched others around him. He was worried that Soleda would tell his mama where he was. Thats all he needed. More people worrying about the same bull crap.
Soleda
Soleda trotted after him, completely ignoring the pesky avion. Coming up beside the older pup, she let a low taunting tone fall in her voice. Scared I'll go back and spill the beans, eh, is that it? Scared Mama'll come after you? Well let me tell you something. That's the last thing I'd ever do is tell anyone's mother about nothing. Had a hard enough time gettin' me own ma distracted long enough to get out of there. So there you go. We're on even ground. You could tell my mama or I could tell yours, but neither of us could do it without gettin' found out. Which neither of us want. So why don't you just think up something entertaining for us to do?
And, turning back to the bird, she scowled. And don't you go tellin' em, either. My life, my business, so take your tail feathers outta here before I use you for an entree.
Zhener
He scowled at them with indignintation, flattening his feather, "Vell, maybe I just might tell your mozhers!" Zhener declared, flapping his wings once. In all reality, he recognized neither pups, and had no clue who their mothers were. But, with his feelings hurt, he struck back at them with what he had. "And I'd like to see you try 'en catch me! I vould peck your eyes out, leettle von!" Normally, he wouldn't threaten the wolves, but he was rather flustered.
Abamacho
He said in a voice so softly that only Soleda could hear You go to the right With that he stood up and came closer to the bird making sure not to look as if he was stalking it. "So...Your going to go tell our mothers, eh? Tell me Zhener who is my mom?" He circled around the bird trying to keep his full attention on him and not on Soleda. He didnt want to really hurt the bird that his mother loved so much but he wanted to teach him a lesson.
He knew he was acting like his aunt. He was more proud of her then of his own mother. Although if he showed up at Aakas territory he doubted she would know who he was. Aaka had only seen him once and that wasnt near enough time to fully recognize someone. He glanced up to see if Soleda was listening or if she was standing there looking stupid. His eyes were dancing with inner demons a faint smile on his maw. This would be the first real fun he had had in a long time.
Soleda
Soleda felt no particular affection for the bird, and thought that Abamacho was more like the kind of wolf she preferred. Pretending to pace and gradually moving to the right, a completely innocent smile topped her maw, and she spoke quietly. He knows, of course he knows... just like he knows my ma, right? Her tone was one of certainty, but her eyes held the lie.
Zhener
Zhener watched Abamocho, and occasionally flicked his optics toward Soleda, "Of course I know! I bozh of zhem, of course! Don't push me, 'cuase I vill go tell zhem!" The eagle lied, staring at the male pup, feeding out his own lie as well. He was totally oblivious to anything they were planning, and was far more concerned with proving that he knew their mothers.
Abamacho
Abamacho twitched his tail in a type of signal to Soleda. Now it said. He tried to keep Zheners eyes on him all the while "So tell me Zhener who is my mother? Tell me please do." His eyes continues there dance as he glanced up at Soleda to see if she had seen his little message.
Zhener
He didn't notice the signal, and still had no clue what was being planned. Tilting his head up in a dignant poise, he replied back, "She is a volf zhat I know, of course. 'En I vill fly right to her 'en tell her zhat you've been bad!" The eagle retorted, shying away from any names and attempting still to prove his lie.
Soleda
Soleda caught the signal, though she had kept her eyes on the bird, pretending to listen intently. Then, when the eagle had his attention on Abamacho, she leapt for him, aming to wrap paws around his neck. This wouldn't hurt him really, just scare him to pieces, she hoped.
Zhener
He stood in mock defiance as his dark eyes searched over Abamacho, seeing if his lie was taken or not. Suddenly, something assailed him from behind and two furry limbs wrapped about his neck. Falling forward by the impact, Zhener let out a terrible screeching his. His wings spread wide, beating furiously at the ground and air while his large talons battled with the ground, trying to pick himself up. "AAHHH! 'elp! 'elp! Vhat iz zhis! Geet eet off!" He cried out in alarm, his speech getting harder to understand in his panic.
Aamacho
Abamacho fell over laughing as Zhener flipped out. He turned to Soleda and thought he may have found a new friend which would be useful for him in his later years.
He turned to Zhener and said in his darkest voice "Mb
Zhener
Zhener picked himself up, puffing out his feather and blazing his dark eyes from Abamocho to Soleda. Flapping his massive wings, the eagle took to the sky, but stayed low to the ground for a moment as he screamed out a flare of strange, but certainly hostile words, "Yantarla! Kako boltubol mattimna pokkidjiga, kokooin mawwa!"
Zhener rose higher in the sky, spreading his deadly talons and glaring banefully at the two youngsters. His words were a curse to the two, in a tongue used in his native land. Beating his sepia wings furiously, the eagle moved higher in the sky, and soon disappeared.
Soleda
Soleda released the eagle with a hoot of laughter, laughing even harder as the eagle cursed them. Moving safely out of range of the talons and wings, she continued to laugh as she trotted over and plopped down beside Abamacho. Oh, I do SO enjoy a cruel laugh at the expense of a fool! And her sides shook with the repressed laughter. This was really an excellent joke.
Abamacho
He smiled faintly then turned around and watched the prairie seeking for more trouble. Indeed he was a hell raiser but in his mind he ruled hell.
This Hell is all I have left
He stared out at the praire then said in a growl "Theres nothing to do." He turned to Soleda "So how did you find me? I made sure no one was around."
Soleda
Ahhh, see in that is my secret. I got a scent of the trail you left leaving the den, and followed it here. If you want to avoid that next time, cross through water. It washes off the smell. She smiled, tossing her head, proud of her tracking abilities.
Azul
Teh next voice was seen before it was heard. the anger ringing deep within the baritone of teh brute.
[Indeed it would hae I am glad you have no sense to that, SON]
Ah, yes it was Abamacho's father he had stalked the duo here and though worried about his son he was not heated with anger. mostly for seeing what the duo had done to the Eagle his mate's good friend. Seeing the Eagle still hoove he shouted loud enough for him to hear.
[he is my and Moon Spirit's son. go tell her I have found him and his play mate.]
Now his duo hued gaze landed upon his son as he moved forth he bared a fange in warning as his timber wolf chassis drew to a halt.
[lets go home, both of you. NOW]
ABamacho
He growled first at Soleda and was about to say a smart remark that would have drawn a gasp of outrage and surprise from his mother but then his father showed up. Abamacho had no fear of his mother for he found her to soft and loving to do anything to him. But his father was different. He had never seen much of his father but he had known deep down not to anger him. His eyes however held their defiant look and he said softly "What are you going to do about it old man?" He stood up as tall as his frame would allowed and stared into his fathers mismatched eyes.
Zev*Soleda
Zev came pounding in as well, his anger strengthed by his fear for the pups. Skidding to a halt, his voice dropped to a dangerous low level as he turned to his daughter. Soleda you had better have a good explanation. Disappearing into nowhere, worrying your mother. And attacking a good friend of the pack. You will cease this and come home with me. NOW.
Soleda backed up to stand beside Abamacho. Unlike the little male, she held no fear for her father. Growling her distate, her voice when she spoke was loud and authoritative. Drag me home if you can. You and mother are insignificant balls of filth. You know nothing of life or how it works. As for the eagle, he had it coming, nosing into our business. Although, he does have other uses. And she blasted out into a full scale recitation of all the words the eagle had used against them, words that made her father flush in anger. She had an amazing memory for words and repeated each one phonetically. She didn't know their meaning, but they were rude and that was all she cared about. When she finished her face gazed up to her father with a cocky smirk. He teaches me the proper terms for wolves like you and that freaky bunch of friends of yours. So he is not entirely useless.
Azul
voids once clouded with worry for his son now instead clouded with anger. Crown lowerrd thorn slight back to his skull and vocals became deep and threatening as Azul moved forth gazing into his son's defiant orbs looking down seeing as he was still a pup Azul had the intemidating advantage. Vocals came out as a growl.
[You are my son, so I will not hurt you, but I can teach you a lesson. the world is a hard one kid I know you think your life is tough its nothing compared to mine. Out would you like to be kicked out as a pup not trained to hunt yet to fend for yourself when you didn't know how. You son don't know what hunger is. I have been so hungry I wanted to chew my own leg off. I think it be best you follow me home, now, son. As your your friend you are not to speak to her again I catch you too talking and you will be sent to live with White Noise my brother in his lands alone with him.]
Elena
It wasnt Soledas father she had to worry about but her mother. The small lithe female stalked behind her daughter and snapped at her rump growling deep in her chest. Her ruff was up making her appear bigger and her eyes were a clear crystal blue not clouded with worry but with fury. "Get home Now" Her voice was quiet but there was a threat underlying the tone. Elena had never shown her anger to anyone for she knew what would happen if she let it loose. She snapped at the pup again then turned glaring eyes to Abamacho "Dont come near her again." Her words held the same tone as when she had spoken to Soleda and she glanced at the alpha but didnt care if she was punished. What they had done was wrong and they were both going to know it by the time this was over.
Abamacho stared at Elena a moment his hackles raising. "Dont you speak to me like that whench I am the alphas son. I will go near Soleda whenever I want." He turned to his father and said furiously "Send me to live with uncle White Noise. Its not like its any better then with you." He turned and began to stalk away growls coming deep within his chest. How dare they treat him like a child. He was older then that and he could take care of himself. Even if he couldnt he would go live with Aunt Aaka or her allies.
Soleda*Zev
Even Zev was a little shaken to see his mate's more dangerous side. Still, he remained silent, letting Elena finish the conversation. After all, she was just as worried, and had a right to it. A low growl kept in his throat as he watched, waiting.
Soleda yipped at a nip on her hind end and leapt up, landing solidly beside Abamacho. Glaring angrily at her mother, she shouted some more. I'll see Abamacho whenever I like and you can't stop me! Short of killing me you will not stop me, and everyone knows you wouldn't do that. Where Abamacho goes, I go, even to his Uncle or Aunt if I must. I'M NOT YOU! What works for you doesn't work for me. It's all very well to stay quiet in a pack and live a happy life with pups, but that bores me to DEATH! STOP TRYING TO LIVE MY LIFE FOR ME! You are my mother, but you are not me, and you WILL NOT run my life. Drop dead!
And she turned without another word, galloping off after Abamacho.
