the slender, tawny feline moved easily through the long grasses, with only a slight rustling accompanying her. her onyx tipped tail swung behind her, and her dark ears swiveled cautiously, listening for any followers she may have picked up. coming upon a barren patch of earth, the she-cat lifted her head slightly, sniffing the air. strange creatures were coming to these lands- a striped horse, a massive pig, a bear cub. she could deal with all of them if she had too, and they worried her very little. it was the humans that worried her, for she had not-too-long ago killed a hunter, and his friend had long wanted revenge. but, apparently, he hadn't gotten it. yawning, she moved towards a large outcropping of rocks and lay down, stretched out, absorbing the warmth of the sun.

the tawny feline's gold-flecked eyes opened quickly at the sound of soft footfalls nearby. she quickly caught sight of the young feline, apparently quite curious of these boring lands. her onyx ears swiveled forward, yet she remained silent. catching his scent, she figured he was a male, and a soft smile came over her features. silly little guy... he should be careful, even at his age, which she guessed to be about two. standing and stretching in a cat-like way, the cougaress stood still, her tail twitching about her legs as she watched the youth, her gaze narrowing slightly.

the tawny feline heard the other wench before she saw her, and a mocking smile graced her features. ooh, mommy was calling the little explorer home. he'd better go now, so she can warm up his food, eh? hah. as the 'cub's' mother appeared over the grassy knoll, the feline lowered herself closer to the rock, watching the duo with little interest. this is boring, definitely. sighing, the she-cat remained silent, her green and gold gaze steadily resting on the two other cats, watching...

She stood tall calling to him to get his little butt back here.He may be his full size but he still needed one more lesson and that was hunting. She stomped one of her paws angerly as he continued to not come back.

this was incredibly boring. these two most certainly aren't very interesting, are they? nope. the feline stood up again, and released a low-pitched hiss, onyx tipped ears pinned against her skull. let's stir this up a bit, shall we? her tail whipped about her hind legs, and her muscles were taut. again, a louder snarl left her vocals, her upper lip pulled back in a wicked smile. why, hello she said, her notes icily smooth.
