Vatonie

the she wolf pads around the Prairie looking for a friend..she still didn't have a pack....

Keilo & Santori

The large wolf had lain down beside a cluster of wilting red flowers. All of the grass was beginning to get dull, now that fall was approaching. Keilo rested his muzzle on his forepaws and closed his eyes. He was worried about his alpha that had been gone for a long time, and also the tension in the pack.

His wolverine friend, Santori plodded along through the grass, but stayed near Keilo. Suddenly, the wolverine caught scent of Vatonie, and stood perfectly still. Santori was wary about strangers, and he waited to see whether the wolfess had noticed him and Keilo yet.

Vatoni

She caught Keilo and Santori and let at a friendly how..the wolfess was all-alone on the Prairie looking for a friend...or possibly a mate..

Keilo & Santori

Keilo lifted his head, at first startled by the howl. But he quickly spotted Vatoni and gave a replying howl, "Hello! What's your name? I'm Keilo." the large wolf spoke, waiving his tail slightly. He too had been searching for a mate.

Santori grunted and laid down. The wolverine was wary of strangers, but if Keilo wasn't worried, then neither was he.

Vatoni

she smiled and padded over, "I am Vatoni...it is nice to meet you Keilo..." she smiled again...

Keilo & Santori

He returned the smile, "Do you have a pack?" Keilo picked up Vatoni's scent, and realized she didn't carry the scent of any packs that he knew about.

Santori yawned and looked from Vatoni to Keilo.

Vatoni

she shook her head sadly.."no..I am alone...what about you" she steps closer to him...

Keilo & Santori

"I live in the Silver Glades pack." he replies, then asks, "Would you like to join our pack?" Keilo looked at Vatoni hopefully, still smiling.

Vatoni

"YES!" she smiles..her beautiful blue eyes shining...

Keilo & Santori

"I'll show you where I live." Keilo says, then pauses. Her turns to Vatoni, hesitating a bit before asking with a sheepish smile, "Would you be my mate?" He hadn't known her for long, but there just seemed to be something about the wolfess that was special.

Vatoni

she smiles and licks his cheek in a yes....

Keilo & Santori

He nuzzles her in response, then says, "I'll show you where I live." After Keilo licks Vatoni's cheek as well, he turns and heads for the Silver Glades territory.

Santori glances up at Vatoni, and then to his friend. The wolverine follows after Keilo with a steady gate. Although he may look slow and lumbering, Santori could be extremely quick, so he had no trouble keeping up with the wolves.
