Anna, Holly, Rocky

Anna the runt of her family was still the smallest but more energetic of the three.She ran around jumping and running as fast as she could go.

Holly:she was shortly followed after anna.Running at high speed her tongue lolling out.

rocky:he was now the biggest of the three and ran right behind them.

Mack & Sniff

There were two Siberian huskies racing about the Prairie. They were happy reliving their past of pulling the sleds. They ran side-by-side, trying to keep even with each other's quick pace. Their eyes were wide as they turned and wheeled around, but soon they spotted the other three. Ones they knew from their pack.
"Hey, let's go and see if they want to play with us!" Sniff yelped out as he slowed down just a bit and turned again to chase after the three year olds. His toung was lolling out of his opened mouth as he now ran alongside Rocky. He playfully nipped the young one as they went.
Mack followed after as well, his legs reaching out even farther though. He sped ahead and then circled back around the group, barking and yipping happily.

Anna/Holly/Rocky

They barked a greeting to the two.Their tails wagging merrily.Rocky nipped the one that nipped him back.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff smiled happily as he was then nipped back. With a playful bark, he nipped Rocky again. But instead of staying at his side, he sped up ahead, looking back at the trio of young dogs. He started yipping and barking happily as he playfully hopped around. He quickly turned and circled around back to Rocky, delightment in his eyes. He ran a few feet away from the growing pup, still barking and running alongside him.
Mack tiwsted and turned as he barked a greeting back to the trio of young canines. He now ran nearby the group but at the side, barking and turning this way and that as they went along.

Rocky/holly/anna

Rocky chased after sniff.Jumping like a rabbit almost.He ran right up to him and nipped him again and then did a spin and continued running

holly:she ran up to mack and attempted to jump on him playfully and grabb his ear.

Anna:she began to tire and layed down.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff watched as Rocky chased him aorund. He laughed when he was almost jumping like a rabbit. He attempted to run faster to escape Rocky's play attack but he was too slow and it took him by surprise. He yipped though and continued to run, now chasing after the pup again. He nipped Rocky once again before completely wheeling around in the opposite direction, barking and yipping happily as he taunted Rocky with his waving tail.
Mack yelped when Holly successfully jumped onto him. He quickly sank to the ground like a leaf with a rock thrown on top. He laughed as he felt his ear being grabbed by small teeth and he quickly turned his head and reached back to try and playfully nip Holly.

Rocky

He growled and chased right after him and attempted to get the others tail.

holly:she yiped in happiness and was on his back bitting his ear.

anna:she fell asleep

Mack & Sniff

Sniff yipped merrily when he felt jaws close around his tail. He continued to run though, ignoring the pain as he intended to drag the smaller canine around, reaching back every once in a while to playfully snap at Rocky's muzzle.
Mack yipped as Holly continued to bite his ear. He then got an idea and attempted to roll over, all the while playfully growling.

Rocky

he allowed himself to be dragged growling slightly.

holly:he had successfully gotten her on her back she bit at his muzzle

Mack & Sniff

Sniff laughed and continued to pull the canine around. And then he stopped and rolled over onto his back, still ignoring all of the pain it put in his tail. He growled playfully and started kicking gently at the young dog, trying to make him lose his grip.
Mack grinned and then rolled over Holly, putting as much weight around her than on her. He was on his back still when he reached the other side and he started pawing his muzzle from her bites. He then suddenly ran from her, barking and yipping.

He adventually let go and ran off yipping and julmping

holly:she licked him. and then got up and followed him.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff laughed as he watched Rocky. He started doing the same, running and jumping and yipping wildly. He was chasing after Rocky all the while, trying to nip him again.
Mack stopped and then started walking around a bit, then decided it was time for him to take a rest. These hot summer days could make a dog overheat alot. He laid down and curled up, looking around as he panted.

Rocky and Holly

he just relized they had left anna a ways off and ran right back to her and layed down next to her panting.

holly: on the othre hand layed down next to mack and rolled over.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff watched Rocky leave and he followed after him, nipping at him the whole way back. Once they found Anna again, he laid down in the shade near them and looked around, alert for hunters or anything of the kind. He found out that some humans had no good heart around here.
Mack grinned when Holly layed next to him. He rested his head on his paws and then fell asleep, still breathing hard.

meanwhile a cougar ventured closer hoping to take down one of the dogs for dinner.She crept down wind so they wouldnt smell her.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff suddenly woke up, ears pricked. He knew something wasn't right here... Something was coming. He could feel it, but he couldn't smell anything. He stood, head up high, looking over the tall grass. He knew something was near. He stayed quiet and nudged Rocky and Anna, keeping low. "Wake up! Something's coming." he whispered to them, body still low.
Mack woke up, sniffing the air after a long yawn. He could definitly tell something was coming as well. He quickly nudged Holly, determined to wake her. "Wake up! I think something is coming." he whispered to her, silently looking around.

Anna/holly/rocky/nanuka

She awoke with a yawn.She sat up and gazed around.The winds had changed and the smell of a cougar waved through her nostrills.She growled low although she didnt know what it was she knew it was bigger then them.She began to back away.

holly:she awoke and gazed around seeing a bit of a tanish color in the distance.She backed away.

rocky:he wanted to bolt right at it.He growled and stood tall.

nanuka:she had gotten now close and charged letting out a cougar growl.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff soon spotted Nanuka and howled out, “Cougar!” With a quick snarl, he dashed forward and charged straight at the cougar as well. He knew it was a rather stupid and mindless action, but he wouldn't dare let her harm anyone here. He aimed for anywhere. As he ran, he barked, "Get out of here! I'll handle this!" He snarled.
Mack quickly stood completely now. He was going to take Sniff's advice, but he couldn't leave his pal behind. "Get back to the Territory! Quick!" he yelled out to Rocky, Anna, & Holly as he also charged for the cougar at full speed.

The three took off towards the terra.Running for their lifes

Nanuka:she growled.She charged the two oncomming wolfs taking anything they delt her.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff snarled as he went for the neck, relieved that the pups headed for the terra...
As Mack went for the cougar's neck, he went for the side. Jaws were open wide, aiming to strike with his sharp fangs...

Nanuka

she growled and swung quickly at the one that went for her neck but her side had been g rasp she let out a growl.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff snarled as he felt pain surge through his body. He had been hit! He fell gracelessly to the ground, a yelp leaving his maw. He stood up shakily, knowing he and Mack couldn't take down this cougar alone. But as long as mack stayed in it, he would too. He went again for the throat of the cougar, jaws opened wide again...
Mack growled as he hung there. He shook his head around viciously, wanting to tear up the cougar's hide. He stayed clamped on and bit even harder, desiring to keep Nanuka occupied while Sniff went for the throat.

Mack & Sniff

Sniff suddenly let go, backing away quickly. He then wheeled around and ran through the tall grass. "Let's leave while we still got the chance!" he called back as his form disappeared into the distance.
Mack let go as well and back away, keeping a close eye on the cougar. "If you ever come back, I'll hunt you down and kill you." he said angrily before turning-tail and following after Sniff.
