Avalon
Avalon raced into the wide open prairie, grasses of different colors swaying wildly around him as he brushed past the sensitive blades. His tail was held high, making him look classy, though that wasn't what he wanted. His ears perked. He hoped to find a human or two here, but maybe another wolf that he could talk to. He was usually quiet, but not if he had something to say.
He brushed his bushy gray tail through the grass, making it look like water with ripples. He howled loudly, wanting to get somebody near, preferrably a human, though he knew they meant death for wolves, and most other wild animals. He cocked his big head and looked around, cold brown eyes seeming to stare right through the blades and out into the forest, and maybe past. But his eyesight wasn't that good, he didn't think that was possible anyway. He sat back on his haunches and twirle his head around and then back to make sure nobody was secretly wandering around him without him knowing it.
Scarlet Angel
Scarlet Angel walked from a clump of grass that was positioned in front of the wolf.
"Hello." She whispered "I am scarlet Angel. Who, may I ask, are you?" She looked up at him. It was a long way from her head to his, for him, being a wolf and her being a fox.
Avalon
Avalon turned his head to stare down intently at the fox before him. He lowered his head, sniffed, and then brought it back up and sneezed. He shook his head and again stared at the small creature. He listened closely to her words. He slowly nodded.
"I am Avalon."
He wagged his tail and cocked his head. He again brushed the grass around him with his long bushy tail, and then his eyes softened slightly, it was always nice to see new animals, but how horrible to meet an enemy! However, he didn't know this fox, so he would try to make friends and not rivals.
Scarlet Angel
She shrugged her small shoulders she was not much for talking. She awkwardly shuffled her feet. "So, where do you liv?" she asked. She cocked her head, and tried to look friendly for she was very shy. What she didn't want was him thinking she was mean, when she was not. Just, very shy.
The male Blandfords fox wandered around in the tall grass prarie. He was a light color, and didn't stand out much in the tall grass. Basil put his nose to the ground, and began to sniff around. After a while, he lay down in the grass and rested.
